Если вы ложитесь спать до часу ночи, то жить можно.
Но мы были с детьми и спать в отеле невозможно из-за шума. Вокруг несколько караоке-баров, которые до 1-2 ночи спать не дадут.
Персонал отеля проблему решить не в состоянии, полицию сам не вызывает, несмотря на то, что закон о тишине в Турции есть.
Из-за шума мы были вынуждены уехать из отеля раньше, деньги отель не вернул. Букинг тоже проблему решать не стал.
Парковки у отеля нет, если приедете поздно вечером, то придется искать места на соседних улицах.
Сама улица, на которой расположен отель состоит из баров и развалов с одеждой и всякой всячиной. Место не из самых приятных.

We stayed here for six nights. Unfortunately, the breakfast was exactly the same every single morning, with no variety at all, which was disappointing.

There was also an incident during breakfast that made us feel uncomfortable. One morning, my mother, who was staying in a separate room, went to breakfast before us. A little later, my husband and I went to the restaurant as usual, and one of the staff members immediately came over to ask for our room number. He then told his colleague that only my mother’s room had already had breakfast, as they seemed to think we were trying to have breakfast twice. We found this unnecessary and embarrassing, especially since we had not done anything wrong. In any case, the breakfast was not something we would have wanted to eat twice.

The staff were not particularly welcoming, and some of them did not speak English, making communication difficult at times.

We booked two rooms, and both were extremely small. In my opinion, they are more suitable for one person than for two, as there was very little space.

In one of the rooms, the TV was not working. We informed the staff several times, but although they repeatedly told us that a technician would come to check it, nothing was ever done. They also did not offer to move us to another room.

The pool is also very small.

Overall, this was my third visit to Fethiye, and I have stayed at other hotels before. Unfortunately, this was the least enjoyable hotel experience I’ve had there.

Не давали пляжные полотенца на пляж, только в отеле возле бассейна. Пришлось из за 2 дней покупать полотенца для пляжа. В день выезда сломался лифт, пришлось чемоданы тащить по лестнице с 3 этажа. Пятница и суббота очень шумные тусовки под окнами, но это не вина отеля.

Шумно, окна не закрываются , хотя ключ присутствует на двери балконной ,но не понятно для чего он.
Да и окна одно название...не герметичны и весь шум пропускают.

От завтраков не ожидайте ничего большего, останетесь все ровно голодными, самый худший завтрак что я видел, скупой и дешёвый, знал бы
,лучше уже в ближ.кафе поесть.

The location is both the hotel’s biggest advantage and its biggest drawback. The nearby restaurants and bars create a great atmosphere during the day and early evening. However, as the night progresses, the amount of alcohol consumed by visitors increases noticeably, and the area turns into a competition of loud music, shouting, and whistling.
This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is something future guests should be aware of. Whether you want to or not, you will be part of the nightlife experience. If you prefer peace and quiet or are traveling with small children, this may not be the best choice.
A small suggestion for the hotel: please consider providing earplugs in the rooms

Habitacion pequeña, el rociador de la ducha se caia todo el tiempo, bastante incomodo para bañarse. Y en la bacha del baño no habia aguda fria, dificultaba el lavado de manos.

Some rooms a bit noisy as close to a busy street

No WiFi all week, shower holder was broken, toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Power went off twice in the middle of the night and both times all the lights came on.

Лучше было бы, если бы часы на ресепшене показывали правильное время. Не потому, что нужно время, а просто как-то некрасиво, когда они все стоят :)
