كل حاجة فى الفندق ممتازة جدا جدا النظافة التعامل من قبل الموظفين الهدوء قريب جدا من الحرم الاطلالة كانت رائعة
المطعم نظيف جدا والاكل رائع
اعطيه 10 نجوم والله يستحقها بجدارة

Unpleasant experience! Will never ever book again !
Pros:

Nothing at all ! We didn’t get what we paid for at all !

Cons:

Room was two small not what we paid for ! Had an extra bed although we made sure we didn’t want ! We paid for masjid al nabawi view we didn’t get it ! They told us someone else took our room ! The bathroom smell like sewage and didn’t work properly there was stains on the bedsheets ! Completely disgusting!

الفندق حجزت غرفتين سرير مزودج وسريرين
وعطوني غرفتين من غرف الجاليات كل غرفة 4 سراير اعوذ بالله حتى الشكل يجيب الهم
وقلت ليه تغيرون وانا حجزي واضح قالت الموظفة انتي تاخرتي
بالله هذا عذر تعطوني غرف من مزاجكم وكانت الموظفة متعاونة بس مابيدها حل وهذا خطأ فادح بحقي وانا حجزي واضح
كنسلت الحجوزات وحرجت من الفندق

Pros:

Everything except bathroom is very small. Reception lady rana was very helpful and nice.

Very polite staff and very helpful.
Check-in process was very easy and fast.
All staff was great, but special thanks for mr/ m.asif was very helpful manager and doing great work.
Very clean rooms and modern furniture
Good value for money.
Close to masjid nabawi for men gates.
Iftar buffet was wonderful with good variety and very tasty food was amazing.
Suhoor wasnt good enough honestly.

Exceptional stay.
Pros:

Exceptional satay although 2 stars hotel , but exceeded my expectation.
Very polite and helpful staff in all areas.
Special thanks for mr. M.Asif he is doing great work and help all guests very well.
Food for iftar was delecious and good value and nice variety everyday.
Well organized,new furniture
Thanks for everything . And sure will back again.
