الفطور لايوجد وضروري نتزل عشان نختار الاطباق
تلفيون الغرفة لايعمل
الهاوس كيبنقق من الساعه 12 يدق باب الغرفه عشان الخروج !!
وعلما قلنا شوي وكل شوي يرجع ويدق ومافيه تعاون منهم
الكوفي الباريستا غير كتوفر طوال الوقت
فرشة الغرفه شوي متسخة

قربة من المسجد النبوي - الاطلالة جميلة

Cons:

تسليم الغرفة وكانت فيها صيانة ولم يتم ابلاغنا - مكان الشاور جداً ضيق- المغسلة خربانة تمتلي موية على طول - الفطور غير مناسب على الاطلاق حيث كانت كأنها اطباق للعشاء وليست فطور.

Overall this hotel did not meet my expectations at all. I will not be staying here again.
Pros:

1. Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Masjid An Nabawi.
2. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options.

Cons:

1. When I requested for my room to be cleaned it was not done properly at all (bed wasn’t made properly, dirty dishes left out). One of the hand towels was dirty when we first checked in to the room.
2. The receptionist barely spoke English and had to pass the phone to someone else when I was requesting for my room to be cleaned at a certain time.
3. Value for money was not good - way too expensive for a 2 star hotel.

ما شاء الله بشوشه وشاطره والله حجزت مخصوص لحسن استقبالها ومساعدتها واهتمامها
حسيت انها مستضيفانا ببيتها من حفاوة الترحيب
والفندق تحفه كل مره هنزل هناك هحجز فيه 😍
