Fantastic hotel, excellent facilities, and a great base from which to explore the area
Pros:

Really smart hotel, with wide corridors, spacious rooms, comfy wide bed, excellent decor, super clean, friendly and welcoming staff, fantastic spa

Cons:

The main restaurant was closed. The sports bar was pretty good but a little basic.

a step up from most hotels in Campbell River
Pros:

nice place, new
the room was nice, big shower

Cons:

A few things, the TV didn't work when I first got there ( they did fix it) went to both restaurants
the restaurant seemed under staffed went early but food was great then tried the lounge place
only one table had guests and she sat me outdoors as she said all the inside tables were reserved the heaters were not on. it was chilly had the pizza wasn't that great When I left only one table in side was being used? so not sure why I to sit outside???

Sehr schöne Zimmer in grosszügiger Anlage mit Golf und grossem Wellness Bereich.
Pros:

Schöne und neue Zimmer mit schönen Möbeln und ausreichend Platz.

Cons:

Obschon eine Küche in den Suiten angeboten wird, gibt es keinerlei Geschirr oder Besteck. Alles leer.
Das Personal ist schlecht ausgebildet. Hier wird offensichtlich gespart.

Beautiful resort
Pros:

Large room with a king size bed. Lots of natural light. Our room had a a window that opens and other have a full balcony. Really liked how in the bathroom you can close off the toilet from the sink and shower.
Large Gym on the 2nd floor, very large indoor fool and outdoor hot tub. The hotel and grounds were all immaculately kept. The hotel restaurant looked beautiful but was not able to try. They have a large spa on site to so its a great way to escape and treat yourself to a game of golf and spa day.

Cons:

Sadly you can hear the guests in the room above you walking around. We thought it was only our unit but at dinner talking to others they said they had similar issues.
This next issue is more endemic of the entire hospitality issue in Canada at the moment. The hotel was running short on staff in the F&B team which limited the number of guests in the main restaurant and we ended up eating at the driving range pub. Hopefully we can return to try the main restaurant.
