Cons:

Wir hatten am Tag unserer Anreise schwarze Haare in der Dusche (wir sind beide blond), einen leeren Seifen Spender in der Dusche und hatten den Aufenthalt als kurze Wellness Auszeit anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Freundes geplant. Umso frustrierender war es bei dieser Preisklasse, dass Sauna, Pool und Wellness Bereich am ersten Tag ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen waren. Man sagte uns wir könnten ja stattdessen zum örtlichen Schwimmbad gehen.. Ich informierte das Personal per Mail über meinen Missmut bzgl Sauberkeit und Service, die Mail wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht beantwortet. Auf meinen erneuten Hinweis beim Check out auf besagte email versprach das Personal, sich nochmals bei mir zu melden und der Sache nachzugehen. Ist bis heute nicht passiert. Wirklich enttäuschend, da hätte ich bei dem Preis deutlich mehr erwartet!

Amazing staff and facility wonderful location

Service and staff was exceptional and very attentive to our needs

Cons:

We had a steak dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the Steak was sub par we barely ate half of it and indicated to the waiter that it was tough and gristly. He made no attempt to rectify this so that would be my only disappointing part of our two stays at your facility

Best choice to stay in Campbell River
Pros:

Amazing rooms, big and modern. I loved the gym and the pool area. Easy to park, quiet except for the road close to it, and totally new.

Cons:

I could hear the cars from our rooms facing the road sometimes

Highly recommended for a holiday in Campbell River
Pros:

Let’s get this out of the way straight away: we only went to Campbell River because I found this hotel.
The motels in the surrounding area aren’t very inviting.
We had a perfect week here. A large, modern and clean room.
The staff were more than friendly – absolutely brilliant.
We also had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant – the food was excellent.

Cons:

Wafer thin – you can hear the toilet flushing from upstairs. And the indoor pool could be a bit cleaner
