Pros:

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, so durfte ich z.B. mein Motorrad direkt unten im Eingangsbereich des Hotels abstellen. Als Gast wird man hier richtig herzlich empfangen und es wird sogar sehr gut Englisch gesprochen. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem und es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Besonders gut hat mir der Balkon gefallen, von dem aus man sogar einen schönen Blick auf den Ararat hat. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet serviert und alles war frisch und lecker. Wenn ich nochmals in Doğubeyazıt eine Unterkunft bräuchte, dann würde ich sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten. Ich kann das Hotel nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great staff
Pros:

Very helpful friendly staff , very clean , with a adequate breakfast, the location is great near the main town , good value

Cons:

It's a genuine 2 or 3 star , some items are tired and need updating , however you get what you pay for, I would highly recommended

Pros:

Останавливались на одну ночь. Удивило что не было кондиционера в номере, но для этого региона это нормально, т.к температура ночью опускалать до 18 градусов летом в июле, поэтому с открытым окном спалось комфортно.

Cons:

Very dirty, old broken facilities, I got stuck in the bathroom because doors were not opening, the staff reacted to this only when my friend told them about it second time, to be fair - I was offered a separate room because of this

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent staff work at this hotel, very kind and helpful people. I had fantastic view over Ararat mountain from my balcony. Also very tasty breakfast with differentials of local cheese. Perfect location.

Cons:

Nothing, for the price it is good value.

Pros:

Доброжелательный приятный персонал, везде.
Помогли с парковкой, это самый центр тут сложно с ней. Сотрудник отеля показал где находится бесплатный паркинг, вместе с ним туда увезли машину и он помог принести оттуда багаж.

У отеля хорошее расположение это самый самый центр возле пешеходной улицы где большой количество кафешек .

Cons:

В отеле нет полноценных штор в номере, моя штора закрывала окно примерно на 70%. Я привык к этому во многих отелях Турции поэтому вожу с собой шапочку для сна которая закрывает глаза. Но вообще стоило бы делать шторы побольше, а то сейчас эти полшторы выглядят так как будто их откуда-то украли ))) я без претензий я лишь констатирую факт, я остановился за относительно небольшие деньги поэтому это не критичные замечания.

Pros:

Nuestro host fue muy amable, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos, hablaba muy bien inglés y nos atendió de manera increíble. Si alguien va a esta ciudad recomendaría este hotel sin dudarlo.

Cons:

El baño del cuarto era funcional, pero la ducha no tenía tope y se inundaba un poco. Habia que esperar que se seque para volver a usarlo. El resto todo fenomenal.

Exceptional service, thank you!
Pros:

Staff at reception desk were welcoming and very helpful with transport and restaurant recommendations. Communication via booking app was prompt. The hotel is a bit older but undergoing upgrades (without inconveniencing current guests). Nice view of Mt Ararat (both peaks) from the room balcony. Nice shared lounge area near reception desk.

Cons:

There was no chair to sit on the balcony. That would have made my stay complete - to sit on the balcony with a coffee in the morning and watch the ever changing view of the mountains or street life.
