Pros:

Check in was smooth and the receptionist who welcomed us was really nice and spoke perfect English.
The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. They let us choose between two different rooms so we could decide which one we liked better.
The view on Mount Ararat was amazing.
Breakfast was basic but good.
No parking available but you can easily park closeby.
The common areas were welcoming and really well decorated.
Highly recommend this hotel !

Convenient value for money hotel.
Pros:

Helpful stuff. Close to amenities. 15 minute walk to the main Otogar . Minibus for Ishak Pasha Palace is next to the park almost opposite the hotel. Many restaurant options within five minute walk. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was ok.

Pros:

Очень, очень приличный отельчик. Персонал отзывчивый, Мехмед вообще супер, делал все что бы нам было максимально удобно. Мы попосили постирать вещи, он позвонил кудато и организовал нам стирку, мы предлагали заплатить, категорически отказался от денег. Сытные завтраки. Хороший, быстрый интернет. В следующие разы будем останавливаться только здесь.

Pros:

First, there is no parking place, very crowded area and the noisy street where is situated the hotel.
Second, the most important is that there is no Air Conditioner in the room. And during the day when outside is + 40 C, it was not possible to stay in the room. In the night it was the most horrible, because it was not possible to sleep- extremely hot and if the windows were opened we listened all noise from the crowded street.
We were paid for room with 3 beds, but what they offered us was very small and uncomfortable.
Also in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, no soap, no towels.

A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész. A szállodához nagyon közel 100-150 m-re őrzött parkolór biztosítottak. A reggeli bőséges, kérésre finom rántottát készítettek.
Bátran ajánlom a környék felfedezéséhez a Ararat hotelt. George

Tiene que mejorar
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es que estaba céntrico, y tiene lugar de aparcamiento. Destacar la ayuda del joven que se encargaba de las maletas y de dirigir al garage.

Cons:

Tres cosas no me gustaron: 1- la sabana y el relleno nórdico eran para una cama pequeña, no de 1.50 cm. 2- el WiFi no funcionaba, en recepción nos dijeron que reseteramos con frecuencia, pero ni así. Estuvimos sin internet. 3- contratamos habitación con terraza. Si tenía terraza, pero no había ni mesas ni sillas (tenía menos de un metro de ancho) y estaba muy sucia. No repetiríamos.

Prima hotel als basis voor Ararat en paleis
Pros:

Mooie lokatie (busje naar paleis in de andere hoek van het park aan de overkant), goed ontbijt, vriendelijke ontvangst, alles wat je nodig hebt, heel redelijke prijs.

Cons:

Balkon (met uitzicht op Ararat) mag wel wat schoner.

Badezimmer verrottet Badetücher zT verfleckt. Zimmer alt aber einigermassen sauber. Frühstück und Service ansonsten gut. Etwas teuer für diese Klasse, die Region und Saison.

This was the most warmhearted reception stay I had ever met - it was truly a great experience
The manager and the owner met the customers with a personal interest- the hotel had a “almodish” vibe / there were free the and water for the guests 24/7 - the rooms very not renovated but there was all you needed and the price matches what you get - a stay to remember
