Pros:

Location, personalised Aarti set up, next to Ganga ghat, design of the property, staff and homely environment. Dont miss KitKat and Whiskey.

Excellent and comfortable stay
Pros:

Food was too good location easily approachable
Staff was very friendly and cooperative they even arranged birhday cake on request and made other arrangements to celebrate my wife's birthday It was a very homely stay really enjoyed my trip

The location, the hospitality, the staff are homely. You feel like it’s your own home on the river bank. The chef is fab, he makes really good food.

Haridwar was quite crowded and overwhelming, but the hotel was a sanctuary. I would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

1. *very* friendly and helpful staff.
2. Location is just excellent… right on the banks of the Ganges river. We went into the river to bathe and then came back to our own room to have a hot bath and get ready…. Ganges water was vey cold..
3. Pilgrimage experience. They do their own evening Ganga arti at 6pm, which we participated in. They have their own priest, so, he could have done any of the pujas (but we needed to find our own village priest).
4. Food in the cafe was excellent, and, very reasonably priced.
5. Area surrounding the hotel is very clean due to the diligence of the operators.
6. For western traveller: Hotel is modest by western standards, and, not be considered 4*… but I did not miss anything…

Cons:

Just a note: Make sure to follow-up with a call to the hotel manager to get specific directions. We did not, and the hotel manager could not contact me due to the foreign phone number… we had a very hard time finding it…the locals were not very helpful…
