Schönes Hotel an hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben der Talstation der Sesselbahn. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel Ucliva hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, das Essen wunderbar lecker (frisch, bio, regional) und alles picobello sauber. Wer auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt stattdessen einen Gutschein, beispielsweise für ein Lunch-Paket oder Kaffee und Kuchen. Auf den Zimmern stehen ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Teebeutel und Kaffeekapseln sind unbegrenzt verfügbar. Das Hotel bietet eine grosse Vielfalt an Gesellschaftsspielen, im Untergeschoss stehen zudem ein Billard-Tisch und Tischtennis-Tisch zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt, da das Hotel direkt bei der Talstation des Sessellifts liegt.

Pros:

Auf einer mehrtägigen Motorradreise haben wir eine Nacht im Ucliva verbracht. Mega schönes und ruhiges Hotel, sehr nette Gastgeberin, welche bereits bei der Vorfahrt auf den Platz kam und uns Parkmöglichkeiten in der Garage anbot. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und schönes Restaurant, wo wir hervorragend gespiesen haben. Das Frühstück war hochwertig und umfangreich. Top-Leistung für die Hotel-Kategorie.

Pros:

Die Geschichte des Hotels ist interessant, da es das erste ökologische Hotel der Schweiz war bzw ist. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Hotel befindet sich oberhalb von Waltensberg an einer Postauto Linie. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Das kontinentale Frühstück war ausserordentlich mit selbstgebackenen Broten, überhaupt war vieles selbstgemacht oder von lokalen (Bio) Produzenten. Die Auswahl war sehr gross, auch für Veganer. Wir waren 2 Nächte in einem Zimmer ohne Balkon. Die Betten waren bequem und die Dusche top. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit vielen Büchern, ein Spielzimmer etc. Einen TV sucht man vergeblich. Es geht wunderbar ohne. Wifi von 7.00 bis 24.00, damit man gut schläft. Es gibt ein Restaurant. Zum Wandern kann man beim Frühstück selber ein Lunchpaket zusammenstellen gegen eine geringe Gebühr.

Quiet location, quiet rooms, cozy outside area, bus stop nearby, they cater for people with allergies. Great location for e-biking and hiking.
