Nothing!!

They have posted the images of another room while they are providing very minimal look rooms on Their hotel

When I check-in and went to room I was disappointed to see my room, like it was very different than the images they have posted for the delux room.

Cons:

As I said, they are providing the different rooms than what they have posted in Booking.com

Also, no proper cleaning of room and also no proper facilities in bathroom like no plastic stool in room and also they have no personal geyser in each room (instead they have one solar in terrace for all the rooms in hotel) which was quite dissatisfaction.

Mainly they have stair case in their hotel instead of lift !! Like seriously!!

If they provide room at second floor, everytime you need to use the stair case with your heavy loaded bag. ughhh it was very bad experience with such poor facilities.

If you have such facilities and don't have lift, you have to mention in booking.com so the clients can make right decision before booking!!

Good room, all basic facilities available

Cons:

Poor staff behavior, cockroaches in room, broken toilet hardware.
Charged me extra rs485 for 2 room said they don't have small rooms only big rooms are available even after pre-booking. I booked 4 rooms.
