Our stay was very good in hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was so simple..Only Poha and tea.

Cons:

Bathroom should properly cleaned after guests check-out. I found bidi parts in washroom..

Pros:

Good room, all basic facilities available

Cons:

Poor staff behavior, cockroaches in room, broken toilet hardware.
Charged me extra rs485 for 2 room said they don't have small rooms only big rooms are available even after pre-booking. I booked 4 rooms.

Absolute waste of money
Pros:

The property is very old and doesn’t look neat, paints wore off. Please don’t let the pictures online make a fool out of you

Cons:

Bed is uncomfortable, no complimentary water bottles, ac remote, foul smell in the room, washroom has stains. One of the worst stays in my life

Pros:

bed comfort
geyser was comoletely concealed & working 24hrs
toilets clean

no amenities available on site as it shows in the description.
no toilet paper
no towel was provided unless asked for.
no hairdryer
no private terrace
no cleaning products or kitchen
landline telephone dint work
food i.e breakfast included thing they told us that they will arrange from outside only they have no food / kitchen of their own
no soundproofing in the room.

above all this..we had a talk with the desk person that we will be reaching the hotel by 2:30pm & he confirmed with us of our arrival
even after this,after reaching the property the room was not ready.May b they alloted the room to someone else on hourly basis.(just assuming)
we were made to sit 10 mins in the lobby.

They dont even provide a complimentary water bottle.However this was not mentioned in the description but still a water bottle is always a comolimemtary thing.
The walls of the room were also not that clean had stains of some liquid splash on walls all over.

The staff was not working properly, we asked thrice to change the wet doormat, but they didn't change it, Hotel has charged for water bottle, 1 bottle water should be complimentary each day, but they charged for it.

That is a pet friendly property, the only facility I like it.

Cons:

Not given soap etc.
The geiser was not on.
