On site laundry, the location was fast and easy to get to from shopping.

All was great except the room is never dark. The blinds did not cut out the light from outside. Could be a problem for someone who wants to sleep late in the morning and needs darkness to do so.

There was no breakfast options.
And I believe e hospitality starts at first interaction

Our non-smokijg room smelled like cigarettes and The floor was extremely dirty. Our Socks became filthy with dirt ,lint and hair from walking on the hardwood floor. Dirt transferred onto the bedsheets. Our feet were also very dirty after the shower from stepping on the floor.

We booked this hotel in December 2025 and were aware of the $50 pet cleaning fee which was paid prior to arrival. Upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that there would be an additional $10/night pet fee. I informed the staff that this additional fee was not present on any communication previously received and acknowledged the pet cleaning fee and that I'd paid it ahead of our arrival. The staff waived the $10/night to make it right.

The laundry room was wonderful however not intuitive, leading the user to believe that downloading the app for washer & dryer use was needed. Following through on downloading the app and providing my credit card information, I was suddenly being billed $60 which my credit card company flagged as potential fraud. After a call to my CC company and reinstatement of my card I then learned that the only thing I needed to do was to scan my credit card, bypassing downloading the app. Perhaps the hotel could provide information that paying by credit card is all that's needed vs downloading the app only to have to pay a "subscription" fee ($60).

Dog relief areas could be more accommodating than just some plants with a post containing doggy waste bag dispensers. With many dogs using the same small area, dogs become reluctant to use these spaces. I ended up taking my dog across the street to much larger green space next to the highway to allow them to relieve themselves.

Staff was okay; could be friendlier. When I run the doorbell they came, but did not send the message to me that they were welcoming me. Did feel I was bothering them.
