La posizione e la struttura.

Cons:

Non ci sono servizi da hotel 4 stelle. Sembra un b&b. Colazione scarsa. Buffet piccolo, pochissima scelta e prodotti di bassa qualità. Inoltre non viene riassortito. Per le bevande calde c’è la macchinetta automatica. Non ci hanno mai chiesto i documenti. Quindi nessun controllo. Non c’è personale alla reception e al bar ovviamente. Camera senza tende oscuranti. Vasca da bagno con scarico rotto. C’è un blocco sul volume della tv. Eccessivo. Quasi non si sente.

Odlično in izredno prijetno.
Pros:

Lastnik je bil izjemno prijazen in gostoljuben. To toplino sva pogrešali ob prihodu. Priporočam bivanje v hotelu. Hrana - večerja izjemno doživetje.

Rustig gelegen.
Prachtlocatie met zicht op de wijngaarden.
Toprestaurant met voortreffelijke keuken!

Cons:

Ontbijtbuffet viel een beetje tegen in vergelijking met de accomodatie en bijhorend restaurant.
Buffet werd niet constant in de gaten gehouden en tijdig bijgevuld!

Tesis ile ilgili beklentimiz çok yüksekti ama deyim hiç öyle olmadı. hizmet standardı çok düşüktü. muhatap olabileceğiz bir tesis görevlisi günün hiçbir saati yok. ancak whatsapptan yazışıyorlar. sabah self check-in bilgilerini gönderip, booking check-in saatini 14.00 tutup, whatsapp'tan check-in saatini 17.00'ye aldılar. ara zaman geçirme için havuzu öneriyorlar. ama bir görevli size hiç destek olmuyor veya hizmet alabileceğiniz bir alan yok. sadece akşam yemeğini de yediğimiz alan öğle yemeği servisi için açıktı. sabah erken saat resepsiyonun açık olduğu söylendi. ama pazartesi sabahı çıkış yaparken de hiçbir görevli görmedik. Bir butik otel deneyimi için kahvaltı kalitesi hiç yok. kahve yapabilmek için kahve makinesini biz boşalttık. siyah çay bile konmamıştı. az ve paketli ürünler vardı. Akşam yemeğini yediğimiz Michelin Bib Gourmand listesinde olan restoranında yemekler fena değil ama servis kalitesi orada da çok düşüktü. bize servis veren garson şarap siparişimizi alırken su tercihimizi bile sormadı. biz yemek ortasında isteyene kadar da su getirmedi. sonunda ödemeyi alırken, pos makinesini önümüze koyup gitti. siparişler arası bekleme süresi çok uzundu. bu tarz bir restoranda 6 kişi üzeri grup alınmaz ama bir turist grubuna yaptıkları toplu rezervasyon nedeniyle özel gün yemeğimizi gürültülü bir ortamda geçirdik. web sitelerinde vaat edilen hiçbir hizmet yok maalesef.

A picturesque oasis in the heart of Slovenian wine country!
Pros:

Truly I have never been to a more picturesque place. The hotel was clean and gorgeously remodeled - the breakfast was delicious and the views to accompany, even better! The hotel assisted us with getting e-bikes to explore which I would highly recommend. Every recommendation they had for wineries or food near the property was spectacular!

Personne pour vous accueillir, c’est le principe autonome de l’hôtel mais moi j’aime le contact et pas arriver dans un hôtel fantôme
