Η διαμονή μου ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ σίγουρα.
Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Επίσης πολύ καλό φαγητό τόσο το πρωινό όσο και το βραδινό.

Lokalizacja spoko, parę rzeczy do poprawy.
Pros:

Bliskość do głównych atrakcji Białki oraz karnety zniżkowe na termy czy do wypożyczalni narciarskiej na ogromny plus. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. W hotelu dostępność strefy do relaxu oraz restauracja i duży parking.

Cons:

Materac był tak twardy że ciężko się spało, dla mnie to była masakra. Brak personalu w nocy, który czuwa żeby nikt nie zakłócał ciszy nocnej, niestety w czasie naszego pobytu grupa ludzi stwierdziła że 4 nad ranem to jest świetna godzina na imprezę nie zważając na innych gości a na recepcji brak osoby której można ten fakt zgłosić więc to jest ogromny minusem.

Ubytovanie naozaj výborné, strava skvelá. Personál nám vyšiel v ústrety a nemal problém pospájať stoly, aby sme mohli sedieť ako rodina. Večer sme mohli tráviť spolu v spoločenskej časti hotela, biliard, stolný tenis a stolný futbal nám spríjemnili spoločné chvíle. Lyžiareň tiež nad očakávania. Dokonca ja počasie ako z katalógu, čo umocnilo skvelý pocit z pobytu

Trošku ďalej od vleku, potrebné ísť pešo, nedalo sa zviesť na lyžiach. Ale keď sa človek naladí, tak sa to dá.
Inak nie je, čo vytknúť.

Good location and Food
Pros:

Good location, able to walk with ski boots on to chair lift and button lift. It is also tucked out of the way so quiet as well.
We stayed half board and as long as you are not food fussy it’s perfect.
Rooms big and warm with plenty of storage and hanging space such as pegs.
Staff helpful and we were able to store our bags before check in.
Breakfast had a good selection of food and the coffee was okay.

Overall lovely hotel, staff are amazing very kind if stay there again definitely!
Pros:

It was close to the ski resort and it had a good deal with half board and the room, beautiful views. Great place to stay :)

Cons:

The rooms aren’t that sound proof, you can slightly hear people talking in the other rooms. That’s a little minus I think if someone is a Light sleeper

Amazing stay
Pros:

Location, staff were really considerate for our needs, helped to fix an issue with noisy neighbours straight away and took really attentiveness to our friend's dietary needs. Food was excellent!!

Cons:

One night had noisy neighbours, rooms could be better insulated in some rooms. Couldn't reduce the temperature of the room and toilet paper could have been less rough.

Összességében szuper szálloda, kedves személyzet, nagy tisztaság.
Pros:

Nagyon különleges a szálloda formája, gyönyörűek a függő csillárok és a dizájn. Bőséges, változatos, ízletes volt a reggeli, még alig fogyott a tálakról, és máris pótolta a személyzet.

Cons:

Mi síelni érkeztünk, ezért számunkra jobb lett volna, ha picit még közelebb van a felvonóhoz.
