Cons:

We had a horrible experience with this property. Before booking we contacted the property and they said the Delux suite is 1 floor rooms and Junior suite ground floor rooms. After booking delux suite room we instantly got a call requesting partial payment to be done within 20 mins to confirm the booking. We transferred the advance and got the confirmation instantly from the property team. They shared me photos of deluxe suite and also shared room no. 203 for my stay. On arriving at the property at check in time, the receptionist said he doesn't have any information on my booking, all the deluxe suites are occupied and then we contacted the property manager he said Delux suite as been given to some other guests and asked us to take junior suite (101 room) we refused then he said to check in into that room and he will change us in 1 hour as there is water leakage issue in delux suite room. We agreed later found that the junior suite room is very bad state quite opp of photos shared to us it has roaches, lizards, snails, no tv remote and cupboard were full of black mold looked like this room had never been cleaned or used by guests. They kept on pushing the timeline and also gave us ₹500 discount for lower room provided for Day 1 and finally said they change us next morning during check out time of 12-1 pm. We patiently waited when asked at 12 pm they said guest in delux suite are still there and said by the time we are back from sightseeing it would be ready. We came back at 5 pm and same story again guests are there and all rooms are full. Later after a lot of efforts and pressure from us they changed our room around 7 pm. Our plans were totally altered we couldn't go out and by the time they changed it was already dark and we just had to spend one night in the intended room we booked. With the trauma we faced and our vacation was totally spoiled, to top it all they had marked our stay as NO SHOW in Booking.com.

Nice and clean property.

Cons:

They did not accept the booking.com booking. entry and when we got there they charged more than the charge.
