Very good staff and service but management needs to wake up and make necessary corrections

Cons:

Some small details will help. Pillows needs change. Some central exhaust system required for bathroom as it stinks due to the building design. You can’t expect guests to switch on exhaust fans. Coffee cups absent. TV remote absent and later provided. It requires a training to operate the TV and still no volume come up. Heat up the sambar and serve at breakfast. No cutlery on table. Turn down the channel music volume.

Pros:

The hotel is a new and well decorated with modern amenities. It was clean and bed comfortable. Nice restaurant nearby.

Cons:

Many stray dogs infront of the hotel making it difficult to move about . The steps leading to the hotel was very steep.
