The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for my family to comfortably open and organise our suitcases—especially helpful for our last few shopping sprees in Seoul! We also really appreciated having a washing machine, dryer and steamer available in the accommodation, which was very convenient during our stay.
The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed.
The nearest bus stop into the city was an 8-minute walk away and would take 15 minutes by bus to get to Myeongdong shopping district, and the airport shuttle bus stop only a 5-minute walk away.
The nearest train station was a 10 minute walk from the accommodation.

The room size is good. It took quite a long walk to the nearest metro station. Many local restaurants nearby.
No advanced notice that we had to use password to open the storage to store our luggage, so we had to wait till the hotel replied our message asking about the door password. We arrived early in the morning and it was raining hard. We waited for more than an hour in front of the hotel to wait for the reply for the password.
The towels got stain everywhere so we had to wash them first. The good thing is they got a dryer so we could dry the towels first before using.
Staff were very supportive. Place was basic but clean and modern. Location was central. A bit pricey but it did have two bedrooms.
Door access and check in process could be better explained.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
At around 10:00 p.m., the access code for the main entrance door did not work. Many guests were locked outside because everyone had been given the same access code by the host, but it simply did not work. It was pouring with rain, and several people, including families with children, were stranded outside. We contacted the host, but even an hour later, nobody had responded.
Fortunately, someone happened to come downstairs to collect a food delivery and opened the door from the inside, allowing everyone to get in. By then, everyone was soaked and freezing. We can only wonder what would have happened if that person had not come downstairs by chance.
Apart from the issue with the entrance door, the apartment was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom floods whenever you take a shower because the shower enclosure is not sealed properly.
Just take a look at how the cables are laid out in the living room.

Rigtig fin service når man skrev til værten!
Det lå lidt sjovt i en lille gyde, men tæt på metro og i gåafstand til centrum.

La zona es fea. Muchos talleres y pequeñas fábricas. Muy oscuro y sucio por la noche. Lo bueno es que a dos calles hay una avenida.
