Pros:

房间设施还不错，面积够大，交通方便。

Cons:

退房时间是11:00。但是现在是淡季，房间完全不紧张，我们所在楼层只有我们的一间房有住客，其余三间都是空的。即便是这样的情况，我们申请希望延迟到12点退房都被拒绝了。这个实在给我们留下了很不好的印象。

Pros:

Отличный вариант для проживания с такими удобствами как кухня, стиральная машина, сушилка, раздельные комнаты. Для 3-5 дней отличный вариант. Есть круглосуточный магазин 7eleven рядом и уютная кофейня, есть рядом детская площадка, русские/узбекские кафе и магазины в 5 мин ходьбы.

Cons:

Но, проживать в таких условиях больше 10 дней нам было тяжело, так как потолки не высокие (примерно 2,4-2,5 м) циркуляция воздуха была не очень хорошей. Хотя есть очиститель воздуха, все ровно нам было немного душно.

Made our holiday easy, staff were very responsive on messages. Highly recommended.
Pros:

I was travelling with my 21 and 18 yo daughters. We had plenty of room for our luggage, we could make ourselves brekky and snacks. We had thought we would cook dinner too, (which we could have) but ended up going out each night. It was nice to be able to heat up left overs. The bathroom was great, beds were comfortable. Location was very convenient. Check in, out and door lock on the phone were all easy.

Could have been a 10/10 if the place was a bit cleaner.
Pros:

The rooms were modern, appliances were new, beds were comfortable and clean. The location was good, it was close to a few subway lines. The view of Namsan tower from the room was nice.

Cons:

The walls were a bit dirty with stains which looked like food? Dirty towel and some rubbish from previous stay was left in one of the rooms. Elevators were very dirty. Check in is by a kiosk which was a bit confusing and missing a human touch to the place.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The locking system was very secure and easy to use, which gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable. I truly appreciated the attention to comfort and security. Thank you for the thoughtful amenities!

Cons:

Unfortunately, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, the water in the bathroom was not flowing properly, which made it quite inconvenient. Secondly, the dryer kept showing a "drainage stuck" error, preventing me from using it effectively.
I understand that occasional maintenance issues can arise, and I hope they can be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

整体不错，房间也挺干净，位置也不错，周边吃的也挺多的
Pros:

地理位置比较方便，车站地铁站都很近

Cons:

卫生间的马桶一直堵是个大问题，用一次塞一次，几天下来，我都很熟练的掌握了捅马桶的技能了

快適
Pros:

家族５人での宿泊でした。各部屋にエアコンも付いていて快適にすごせました。
リビングで集まって食事も出来たのが良かったです。

Cons:

ホテルの周囲は夜は暗いので女性1人とかは怖いかも
駅から１０分は歩くので一旦ホテルに帰って再び出かけるのが大変
掃除機かフローリングワイパーあるといいな
