Absolut inakzeptabel – chaotisch, unseriös und extrem grenzwertig

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Emilia in Würzburg am 28.11.2025 war eine einzige Katastrophe und hat sich im Nachhinein zu einer monatelangen Odyssee entwickelt, die ich so noch nie erlebt habe.

Bereits am Mittag unserer Anreise wurden wir vom Hotel darüber informiert, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer angeblich nicht bewohnbar sei. Uns wurde stattdessen eine neu renovierte und möblierte Ferienwohnung als Ersatz angeboten. Mangels Alternative haben wir dem zugestimmt – ein Fehler.

Als wir abends an der angeblichen Ferienwohnung ankamen, begann das Chaos:
• Es gab keinen Schlüsselsafe, keinen Zugang, keine klare Information.
• Wir mussten durch einen Nachbarn überhaupt erst ins Haus gelangen.
• In der Wohnung selbst befand sich noch eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels, die offensichtlich gerade versuchte, ein völliges Chaos notdürftig zu beseitigen.

Der Zustand der Wohnung war ekelhaft:
• Die Toilette war massiv verschmutzt
• Es stand schmutziges, unabgewaschenes Geschirr herum
• Die Wohnung war insgesamt unsauber, ungepflegt und absolut nicht bewohnbar

Von „neu renoviert“ konnte keine Rede sein. Das war eine Zumutung.

Wir haben uns folgerichtig sofort entschieden, dort nicht zu bleiben. Die Mitarbeiterin bot uns daraufhin eine kostenlose Stornierung an, bestätigte diese schriftlich per WhatsApp und versicherte uns mehrfach, dass wir uns nicht selbst um Booking kümmern müssten, sie würde alles regeln.

👉 Wichtig: Der gesamte Kontakt lief ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Es gab keinen offiziellen Ablauf, keine transparente Kommunikation, nichts.

Für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

Schnelles unkompliziertes Einchecken. Direkt im Zentrum. An sich ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Als alleinreisende Frau war ich im Erdgeschoss in einem 4 Bett Zimmer untergebracht. Ich habe mich absolut nicht wohl gefühlt, da ich so auch nachts kein Fenster offen lassen konnte und permanent begängnis vor den Fenstern und neben der Eingangstür war.
