Cons:

Aunque las habitaciones eran de no fumadores, el olor a tabaco estaba por todas partes. La limpieza de algunas cosas no era la más óptima, incluso algunos artículos del baño estaban llenos de polvo y manchas.

Mooi hotel die aan onze verwachtingen voldeed. Service was goed. Veel eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Metro is dichtbij.

Amazing Staff Service, Clean Rooms & Convenient Location
Pros:

LOCATION:
- The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and nail salons, and is easily accessible via Didi.

CLEANLINESS:
- The cleaning staff do an amazing job every day and keep everything spotless. They are also very accommodating — on one occasion, we left the hotel at 4pm and they were still happy to come in and clean our room.

STAFF:
- The staff (concierge, front desk, greeters, bellboys, etc.) are all incredibly friendly and truly go above and beyond to help.
- The front desk staff were always reachable via the room phone and were very patient with my random requests (like masking tape and measuring tape) during my frantic last-minute packing.
- A special shout-out to Coke Liu, who helped me organise delivery boxes for all my shopping — he even added me on WeChat to assist me outside of his working hours. I’m so grateful to him!
- I’d also like to thank John Liu and Molly Chen, who always greeted me with a smile and consistently offered help whenever I saw them in the lobby.

CONCLUSION:
Shanghai was our final stop on our China trip, and we weren’t expecting much — but the staff at this hotel were so welcoming, hardworking, and courteous that I would definitely stay here again when I return to Shanghai.

Cons:

1) Note that there are NO laundry machines or dryers in this hotel - you will have to Didi to a laundromat if you want to do your own laundry instead of relying on their dry cleaning service. There is a laundromat- Jingyue Self-Service Laundry (Chengshangcheng Branch) about an 18-min Didi ride from the hotel. Note that you NEED a Chinese phone number to get a mobile verification code to operate the Wechat or Alipay app-operated washing & drying machines.

2) Nothing to do with the hotel but when you order a Didi, some of them find it hard to locate the entrance to the hotel driveway (which is 1-way only). Might be good for the hotel to install a large sign to show the Entrance.

Pros:

A massive thank you for the incredible hospitality! You even managed to make the clock slow down for us with that extra time. We truly appreciate the stay! I can't name veryone but they were all incredible speccial mention to Yana Lina ,Zero zhang and the receptionist who welcomed us to the holtel as well as welcoming staff from the taxi!

这是一座以前自以为只熟悉卢湾区而不会去普陀区住上十六天的酒店👍 我自己也觉得特别惊讶临离开酒店的那天我的心情特别依依不舍，我俩彻底将她视为我们近年来最心仪的一个临时的“家”了！从前台到搞卫生的阿姨；从每天去餐厅用早餐的员工到行政酒廊的工作人员都展现出非常良好的素质。其中仅我能记住的名字的Evan, 、Una、Judy、杨阿姨；或是我叫不出名字的朋友们都令人相当满意，明年再见吧，我的同胞们💌
