Ubicación correcta, parada de metro más cercana a 500 metros. Desayuno bien pero el aire acondicionado para mi gusto excesivo, sensación de frío todos los días en el comedor.

Cons:

Limpieza de las habitaciones mejorable, el aire acondicionado en el comedor y en el hall, excesivo teniendo en cuenta temperatura ambiente exterior (entre 6 y 14 grados)

Good bed and pillows

Cons:

Very bad location Very far from everywhere
Very strange room design and view from windows.
Very hot inside room and AC is very loud
Had an issue with loud neighbors but staff could not do anything and offered me to change the room. After my visit to reception at 02am than actions was started to take place.
Very dark room

No indoor pool sauna or anything
Made a mistake to choose this hotel at this price.

礼宾zero非常热情，入住期间帮了我很多, 房務的白明霞以及大廳的coke服務都非常的好，完全幫酒店內大加分！床鋪很大軟硬適中，週圍也算便利，整體來說是一個服務人員非常好的一家酒店。

Cons:

房間剛進去的時候感覺有點煙味，而且房內只有一張商務用的座椅，兩個人入住一個人就沒地方能坐。

購物和交通都特別方便的五星級酒店👍
Pros:

這次入住的這家新加坡品牌的酒店，內到前台或餐廳、亦或是房間打掃衛生的阿姨和寄存行李處和门口的保安人員；外到購物、交通的便利性，尤其是行政樓層提供的性價比超高的服務，處處都讓我和我先生有一種宾至如歸的感覺。剛開始因爲不熟悉普陀區而只訂了兩天的住宿，接下來考慮要去蘇杭而又訂了2+ 3+ 5天的房間，因為不舍得離開這裡就放棄了所有的行程，安安心心地將這里當作我們在上海臨時的家了。

酒店的服务、硬件设施和地理位置都符合我和我先生每年一度的探亲访友的需求。无论在酒店内的早餐、或是出行的交通和购物都是相当地方便。我刚开始因为不太熟悉普陀区的地理位置和从未入住过这家酒店而没有决定是否要将两周多的居住地点全都选在这里，经过前二天的“试住“就决定再也不搬去任何别的酒店了，实实在在地有了“家”的感觉。

Meilleure hôtel de Shanghai
Pros:

Le personnel adorable , propreté impeccable, j’ai même eu droit à un gâteau d’anniversaire et un gentil mots, tout était bien organiser on a pu avoir notre chambre des 10h du matin. Dès mon retour à Shanghai je reviens dans cet hôtel sans hésiter merci! 😀
