Disappointing staff at Sundex
Pros:

The room is spacious. The hotel is kept in a good state.

Cons:

Sink not working properly.
Breakfast was a disaster.
On the first day of our stay we were the only guests in the hotel and they served very little.
On the second day they provided buffet service. No welcome or smiles from the staff who were oblivious to the fact that I was left standing in the middle of a small packed room while waiting for the tables to be cleared.
Poor food, empty buffet containers. I had to ask them repeteadly to refill the containers as they said they would but did not. In the end I had to be very insistent, which was unpleasant. All in all I was kept waiting 45 minutes before I could eat anything.
Simply bad service.

It's a very nice place to stay with family.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable room. All staff were very helpful and well behaving. Good supports from Reception desk also.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were excellent..

Cons:

Breakfast at the restaurant - it should start at 7am instead of 8am. The staff were not able to manage the crowd and there was substantial delay in providing the ordered food.

They do not have lunch & dinner variety and small restaurant is there they provide morning BF limited south Indian items and for lunch and dinner only one rice item
