Pros:

Les chambres sont luxueuses et confortables pour le prix, ainsi que très propres et modernes.
L’hôtel se situe à 900m de la gare, et 10 minutes en tuktuk du palais et du temple.
Le personnel est adorable et la cuisine de l’hôtel est excellente.

Een schone moderne kamer, goede rustige locatie

Een hele schone ruime moderne plek. Echt een fijne kamer schone. Het eten was goed. De chef maakte goede gerechten. Vlakbij de bezienswaardigheden, en vlakbij station. Goede rustige locatie.

Cons:

Het restaurant waar je ontbijt was wat ongezellig, dat kwam voornamelijk door het personeel de bediening. Er zat geen lach in en geen warme service wat een piek ook echt kan maken of breken. Echt heel belangrijk om daar naar te kijken. Het is niet uitnodigend. We hebben er gegeten omdat er weinig qua eten in de buurt was.

Als dit zou verbeteren, wat warmer qua service en atmosfeer dan is het een top hotel.

Pros:

Le confort des chambres et toute l'équipe. A l'accueil, au petit déjeuner ou au service d'étage, tout le personnel est très prévenants. Notre séjour dans cette hôtel a été très agréable.

It’s ok, but wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

Nice and clean open air lounge to sit in the evenings. Reception friendly and will call tuk tuk without delay.

Cons:

The room was ok but very bad smell in the bathroom , no hot water after 9:30pm: sink clogged was repaired leaving soaking wet bathroom floor. Breakfast from 8-10, but at half past 8 they call: we should come. On arrival before 9: breakfast is all but finished.
Ofcourse: staff is friendly, but still the inconvenience remains.
