Das ganze Hotel ist total heruntergekommen: Völlig verschimmelte Badezimmer, Teppichboden voller Flecken, Brandlöcher und Krümel. Die Bettwäsche war offensichtlich schon benutzt und fleckig, wir haben sie selber gewechselt. Im Klo schwamm eine Kippe, die Klobürste braun und ein atemraubender Gestank im Bad. Der besserte sich nur leicht nach unserem Putzen mit Chlorreiniger. Die Zimmer wurden wahrscheinlich zuletzt in Sultans Tagen geputzt und auch während unseres Aufenthalts ließ sich kein Zimmerservice blicken. Überall waren Steckdosen aus der Wand gerissen und Löcher in den Wänden. Wir waren drei Tage dort und hatten drei Zimmer. Das Gartenzimmer ging in einen dunklen, engen Hinterhof, wo bis nachts um drei laut gefeiert wurde. Die beiden anderen Zimmer auf die Einkaufsstraße - Party bis morgens. Das Personal spricht kein Wort englisch und schläft im Empfangsraum auf zwei zusammengeschobenen Sesseln.

Reception kicked us out of the hotel on the first day but the police interfered

Otel konum olarak mükemmel fakat odaların içi bakımsız amacınız çok para vermeden merkezi bir yerde kalmaksa olabilir.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. The shower was broken and I woke up with the sound of that water. There wasn't any water or something like that in the room. The room and the hotel smelled so bad I wonder how they clean it.

The staff was not friendly. Room was not clean. Used Bath towel was left from the previous guest. They didnt answer phones in a friendly way even. Terrible experience.

Sadece konum olarak güzeldi otelin önünde tüpün üstünde yemek yapıyorlar resepsiyonda zaten 16 17 yaşında çocuk bilgileri kimliklerin resmini çekerek alıyor. Otelin çıkış saati tam belirtilmemiş saat 12:15 de Türkmen temizlikçi çıkmanız lazım süreniz doldu diye kapınıza dayanıyor bekleyin 1 e kadar cıkarız diyorum yasak diyor hotels de tuttuğum en berbat yerdi!

Taksim meydanında gayet rahat ve konforlu güwenilir bir yer taksimdeki en iyi otel bence

ホテルがどこにあるかわかりにくく、ロビーは従業員の宿泊の場になっていて、何人も寝ている。場所は便利な場所だが、部屋はきれいではなく、写真を想像していかないほうがいい。

I paid one day before I arrival because arrival at 1AM but they said your name is not in our system and you lie and did not paid!! reception guy was so rude and can not speak English even one word. I showed him my bank payment and Expedia receipt with booking confirmation but NOT accepted then said here is not Mayata hotel, I called to Police but noting happens when I called to Expedia customer service they tried to called then but no one from hotel can not speak English finally they refund my amount at 5 AM with huge headache. I NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL.
