食事は改善余地あり
Pros:

温泉が比較的空いていて、特に露天はキレイでよかった。
部屋も小綺麗でゆっくりできた。
ウェルカムドリンクがいただけるスペースも落ち着いた雰囲気でよかった。天気次第だが、景色もいいのかも。(当方宿泊当日はあいにくの曇天で何も見えなかったが。)
フロントスタッフの方がお二方とも明るくてハキハキとされており、チェックイン、チェックアウト時に気持ちよく対応してもらえた。

Cons:

夕食のボリュームは抑えめで、食べ盛りの子がいたら全く足りない。夫婦はちょうど良かったが。
コースなので仕方ない部分もあるが、提供スピードに改善余地ありと感じた。
ホールスタッフが少なく、せっかくドリンクはモバイルオーダーなのに提供が遅い。水が欲しくても、スタッフが忙しそうに動いているので声をかけにくい。
入れ替え時間が近くなると次の組の準備が優先され、こちらのテーブルは全員食べ終わっているにも関わらず、皿を下げることもなくドリンクも来ない。
スタッフが大変そうなので急かすことはする気もないし、申し訳ない旨の声かけもしてくれたから溜飲が下がったが、もう少し人数を配置してほしい。
「すみません!!」と声をかけないと水も来ないので、せっかくの食事時に、目配せでスタッフを呼べるとなお良い。

売店が閉まるのが非常に早い。
部屋でゆっくりお酒を、と考えるなら、事前に外部で入手する必要あり。
このご時世、無人コンビニなど導入も検討されては？
せっかく
チェックインなどもQR対応しているし、食事時のドリンクもオンライン決済対応なので、あると嬉しいと思ったポイント。

Very unforgettable
Pros:

Has a cosy onsen. Room was a good size and very comfortable. They also have a welcome drink with some cheese . It was nice .

大満足
Pros:

台風前の平日でとても空いていてお風呂や朝食会場もほぼ貸切状態でゆっくり出来た。
朝食の品数もちょうど良い。
一品一品の質が良く味も満足だった。
スタッフさんも皆さん感じが良かった。

Cons:

ドライヤーがもう少し風量あるものだと良い。

Heerlijk ontspannen .
Pros:

Ongelofelijk mooie locatie veel rust liefdevol ingericht met tijdloze meubels heerlijk diner en ontbijt gehad en onsen was perfect. We hadden de deluxe kamer met half pension

Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが15時から18時の間、自由に利用でき、ワインも用意されてたこと。
露天風呂のお湯が鹿の湯のお湯だったこと。
朝食バイキングのおかずが豊富だった。

夕食がフレンチ？のコース料理で、和食が無かったこと。
館内に自動販売機は有るが、ビールが無い！
お風呂あがりに冷たいビールが飲みたい。
