最高のスマートなおもてなし空間。
Pros:

まずはウェルカムドリンクのサービスから始まりワインやクラッカーナッツなどつまみながらラウンジで過ごすスタートでほぼ心が掴まれました。食事も美味しいしサーブも丁寧でした。お部屋も綺麗で充実していて落ち着く照明やソファー、ベットメイキングも本格的で高級感がありました。携帯でQRコードを読み込んでのチェックインとチェックアウト、他食事の時のドリンクやオプションの注文をするスマートで便利なシステムを導入していてスムーズでとても良かった。またリピートしたいです。

Cons:

お風呂が鹿の湯の源泉をひいていてとても良いお湯で良かったが全て設備など良かったなかお風呂だけ古いままのシミのついたトイレや脱衣所でお風呂の雰囲気だけマッチしてなかった印象でした。（十分にいいお風呂でしたがあえて言うなら）売店ももう少しあって欲しい。ラウンジが6時までなのでギリギリに行ったのでほぼおつまみもなくてワインも一つ飲めなかったです。そのあとお部屋で楽しめる何かがあると嬉しいです。

お部屋が広くて開放感があった

Cons:

朝食会場から階段を上がる時1番最初の手すりの手前に蜘蛛の巣があったり、大浴場の脱衣場の窓の枠などが埃まみれだったりと共有スペースの清掃は行き届かないところがあり残念だった

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay!
Pros:

Huge breakfast selection and excellent quality. The staff was very friendly, helpful and multilingual. The lounge area where drinks and snacks are served with the wonderful view was a favorite as was the onsen.

Cons:

That my time ran out and I had to leave.
