Pros:

Clean and very friendly concierge! Room was clean and bath was clean as well and had big towels. Breakfast was included but you can easily get food around the corners! You can get to the subway or bus stops easily from there as well.

Cons:

We were not very familiar that most of the bathroom doors are just not fully closed ones. But you get used to it when you are with family, partners or close friends. Need to keep that in mind. Also entry might seem intimidating when big SUVs are sort of blocking the view to the entry. But parking situation seems to be difficult in general throughout South Korea. So not that a of a big deal.

I wish all my reservations were in such great conditions and with such excellent service.
Pros:

Breakfasts were great, kitchen open 24/7. The host of the hotel was more than friendly - he helped me with many things that were important to me and it is worth mentioning that it was my first stay in Korea. I can confidently say that we became friends.

Pros:

Our experience staying in the suite room was very enjoyable. The room was spacious enough for both of us, cleanliness was well-maintained, and as a bonus, there was a massage chair that helped us recover our energy after walking all day. With its strategic location in the city centre and fairly affordable price, I recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Gwangju.
