Pros:

The location is convenient to us and that is the reason why we booked the room

Cons:

The additional fees were not updated in the message you will received from the admin. We are surprised that they charged us php250 per head instead of php150 based on their message.

The room is not clean at all.
We saw used soap in the bathroom and so many small cockroach in the unit. (Table, room and bathroom)

The location is great

Cons:

Communication is very difficult. The room was not also really clean. The room is very basic and overall not that comfortable stay. The deposit to the room that we paid was also not returned.

I did not get what I paid for.
Pros:

It's good that they have wifi (but sometimes it's slow), air-condition and heater for the shower which is basic to a condo airbnb. They provided clean towel too. I stayed at the 19th floor and it's nice to have a quick sight in the balcony but you cannot stay because the aircon external part where the heat is coming out is there.

Cons:

There's no toiletries provided, no slippers, no microwave. The bathroom bidet is leaking and bathroom itself is not clean. I paid a separate 300 pesos cleaning fee before going into the condo but the condo is not that clean and kind of smelly too. I also paid for a 300 pesos deposit and I wasn't able to get it back even after a few calls with the owner.
