Too many unpleasant surprises
Pros:

For the most part, my negative review of the apartment is based on the lousy treatment and communication by the caretaker, as the actual apartment was rather basic but for the price fair and what you can expect.

We got off to a bad start as there was no check-in information forwarded in advance and the address listed on hotels.com was incorrect. We arrived with an early morning flight but there was no option to store luggage in the building’s reception area until check-in in the afternoon. Few hours before actual check-in time we were informed (through WhatsApp) that they had overbooked capacity, and if we did not accept moving to another apartment after one night, they would cancel our reservation completely. Not exactly what you need after 20 hours of traveling… Needless to say, we were forced to accept. Once in the apartment, we noticed there were only bedlinen/duvets for 4 persons, and we booked for 5. We addressed this immediately and it was rectified only the following day, meaning one of us had to use our jackets as duvet the first night. When we had to move to next apartment, we wasted a full morning of our holiday waiting to get access as we had to move the luggage ourselves. Pool access had to be pre-booked in advance. And the list goes on…

I will never recommend this apartment. There were too many unpleasant surprises popping up all the time!
