Pros:

Os Funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A localização para a Basílica de Aparecida e ótima.

Cons:

O local não anima, quando chegamos, tem um bar na entrada da pousada, com várias pessoas bebendo, a refeição que é disponibilizada visualmente não agrada, pois nem tive vontade de experimentar. O quarto bem abafado e com cheiro bem forte do refluxo dos ralos, muito mofos, a tampa do vaso quebrada, ventilador sujo e o pior de tudo tiver que matar várias baratas pois as porta de madeiras são velhas e não parava de sair durante a noite. Desculpe a minha franqueza mas um dois piores lugares que já fiquei.

ESPELUNCA !! PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!!
Pros:

Espelunca, fui tomar café as 7:40hs e o café tinha acabado, ainda iriam fazer , total falta de ética profissional, sem citar as mesas dentro da recepção com um monte de homens mau encarados bebendo até altas horas, ESPELUNCA é Pouco ! Fui embora no sábado de manhã e a " Dona " Roberta" não quiz ressarci das duas noites do meu pacote ! Vou tomar providências judiciais contra vocês e dessa espelunca, ela exigiu pagamento adiantado logo que cheguei , e só passei uma única noite , isso é fraude !! Exijo ressarcimento dos meu dinheiro! É um absurdo, fui enganada porque a dona disse que era uma pousada " famíliar"! roubada é pouco ! Vou mandar meu Pix (13) 988547482 só quero meu dinheiro, ou todos vão responder na justiça,

ESPELUNCA, TROQUEI DE POUSADA NO DIA SEGUINTE, E NÃO QUIZERAM RESSARCI DE 2 NOITES !! QUERO MEU RESSARCIMENTO E VOU ABRIR UM PROCESSO DE DANOS MORAIS E FRAUDE CONTRA TODOS OS ENVOLVIDOS!! ESSA ESPELUNCA E VOCÊS!!!
