Very nice stay at decent value, central hotel.
Pros:

Great, central location. Comfortable bed / bedroom with balcony. Friendly / helpful staff and 24 hour reception. Great value.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite mundane. Diluted / tasteless orange juice. Only one cereal / muesli. No eggs. Noisy residents late at night / some nights (but not the fault of the hotel if fellow-residents don’t know how to behave).

No repetiría nunca. Creo que por la zona hay hoteles mejores pero si cogéis coche sin duda me cogería un hotel fuera del
Pros:

Lo único que salva a este hotel es su ubicación, muy céntrica, aunque eso también tiene su parte mala (parking, ruidos…)

Cons:

No me gustó:
- Empezamos por el principio: el personal, en general, bastante desagradables.
- Para aparcar tiene parking que está siempre lleno, da igual el día y la hora.
- Las habitaciones son antiguas, incómodas, la TV es muy pequeña, la puerta no cierra bien y hace frío, no tiene calefacción, nuestro armario no abría bien, no hay champú solo gel.
- El desayuno malo y escaso.
- Está encima de un bar donde hay jaleo hasta las tantas y no se les puede decir nada porque es de los mismos dueños que del hotel, de hecho es donde se desayuna, en el bar.

Take Euro 2.60 bus publico from Funchal airport.Stops close to the hotel.Porto Moniz also Euro 2.60
Pros:

Perfect location.Supermarket opened until 21:30 few steps,beach walk,mercado dos lavradores.Safe area in night.Ladies at reception helpful,breakfast same every day but good.Nice rooftop with chairs,beds.
