A comfortable and safe stay in a prime location
Pros:

Very nice homestay, conveniently located close to all major tourist spots. The place is neat and clean, with spacious rooms and a safe environment. I didn’t try the food, but it is available on demand. The property also has a gym and other good facilities. The staff are very friendly, and the owners are helpful and supportive, always ready to guide and assist when needed.

Cons:

As the property is close to major tourist spots, traveling to and from the homestay can be challenging due to heavy crowds and constant traffic. The best option is to leave early in the morning and return late in the evening; otherwise, it may take at least 1 hour to reach the main town.

There are very few dining options nearby if you plan to eat outside. The property has a few house rules—alcohol is not allowed on the premises, and shoes or slippers are not permitted inside the homestay.

If you are comfortable with these points, this is one of the best places to stay in Kodaikanal.

Pros:

Nestled a quiet corner of Kodaikanal, Beyond is a beautiful, calm, serene property in the middle of rich greenery. Khushi, the host is the warmest person you'll meet. In an increasingly crowded hillstation, her property is a great place to destress, pause from the busy city life, and reflect.
The food was excellent, healthy and resembles home food.

Cons:

Sometimes noise can travel from within the property and surrounding properties.

Pros:

What a great property. Points to look out for:
1. Perfect location for Kodai. It is located at green valley point, so from there you can go to Guna and beyond all the points. You won't get stuck at city traffic.
2. It is located at green valley cliff point, so you will be dining and living amidst clouds and mists
3. We got Luv room - what a great view with a deck.
4. Very very polite staff. Always there to help.. Housekeeping made room twice some days. It was great to come back to a neat room after a long day
5. Their chef and homemade food made stay great. Very tasty food- especially idli and daal and paneer bhurji
6. Hosts are very warm and take personal interest to make sure your trip goes great and stay peaceful.
7. Parking is available along with running hot water

1. Directions to the location can be improved - do ask hosts for a video or pictures for the location

Pros:

I had a great time at Beyond Kodai! The property is very close to Green Valley Viewpoint, just a short walk away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the view from the property was beautiful.

The host was very friendly and made my stay special with their care and experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely stay. I would love to come back again!
