Dirty toilet
Pros:

Well equipped and furnished apartment near the train station.

Cons:

The toilet was not clean when I checked in, and there was no reception to complain. I had to clean somebody else's faeces upon my arrival. Beside that, the room was extremely hot, without air conditioning and it was full of silverfish.

Goed voor verblijf voor werk in de regio
Pros:

Prima lokatie om te verblijven als je voor werk in de regio moet zijn. Lekker ontbijt bij de bakker om de hoek.

Gute Alternative eines Apartments/ Hotelfeeling für einen längeren Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gut eingerichtetes ipartment, einfacher Check in, Zimmer hat alles was man braucht auch wenn man für längere Zeit in Böblingen ist, das Personal ist schnell zu erreichen und handelt sofort falls man etwas braucht.

Cons:

Die Wände haben oft Gebrauchsspuren, das Kopfteil des Bettes ist aus Stoff was viele Gerüche anderer Hotelgäste in sich trägt, leider gibt es auch Silberfischchen im Badezimmer, die Tür kann man nicht extra von innen abschließen.

Sehr gute Lage und super sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

- Kühlschrank war laut
- Duschkopf nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung, ebenfalls die Halterung
- Seifenspender haben sehr schlecht funktioniert

Tolles Appartment aber leider viel zu warm!
Pros:

Das Appartment ist vom Design her sehr gelungen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und sogar einer kleinen Spülmaschine - TOP. Die Lage ist direkt am Bahnhof. Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck. Sehr sauber, schönes Bad, bodenebene Dusche, toller Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Am Wochenende kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße.

Cons:

2 Punkte: Das Bett hätte im Appartment Gr. S etwas größer sein können, es war nur 140 cm groß. Desweiteren war das Appartment stark überhitzt. Wir haben zuerst einmal die Heizung ausgeschalten und gelüftet. Die erste Nacht haben wir kaum geschlafen, da es viel zu warm im Appartment war und die Raumluft sehr trocken. Da in der Tanzschule im Nachbargebäude eine Tanzparty bis 4 Uhr morgens stattfand, konnten wir auch die Fenster nicht öffnen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dann im März bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur die Balkontüre den ganzen Tag komplett geöffnet, um die Hitze aus dem Appartment zu bekommen. Zumindest konnten wir so abends gut einschlafen, aber nachts sind wir wieder aufgewacht, weil es viel zu warm war. Auch der Hotelflur war völlig überhitzt! Wir fragen uns, warum man einen Hotelflur überhaupt heizen muss.... Es gibt keine Heizkörper im Appartment, wir schätzen die Erwärmung erfolgt über Boden/Wände - daher Temperaturregulierung sehr sehr träge.

Kurzbesuch in Böblingen
Pros:

Die Lage ist spitze! Sehr zentral gelegenes Apartment in der Nähe vom Bahnhof mit gegenüberliegendem Parkplatz (Kurzparkzone). Das Apartment ist geräumig und hell und hat einen schönen Balkon.

Cons:

Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist zu groß (unangenehm zum Gesichtwaschen), das Kopfkissen zu weich, und das größte Problem war, dass der Code für die Tür im zweiten Stock nicht funktionierte. In der ersten Nacht kam ich mit einem Nachbarn hinein, in der zweiten Nacht wartete ich eine Stunde auf den Hausmeister, der mir die Tür öffnete, und in der dritten Nacht kam ich wieder mit einem Nachbarn hinein. Leider eine schlechte Erfahrung.
