Cons:

Leider ging der Code nicht wie gebucht und bezahlt bis 12 Uhr, nur duch Glück, dass Reinigungs Personal anwesend war konnte ich wieder in mein Zimmer gelangen. Support Hotline konnte man vergessen.

Pros:

Preisgünstig uns sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit Balkon. Der Check in war sehr einfach, die Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles war da was man brauchte.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat eine perfekte Lage. Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten mit den Zugangscodes wurde

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles nötige war vorhanden und die Lage ist Perfekt. Man musste nur 3-5 min bis zur Bahn laufen, zum Shoppingcenter sind es auch nur etwa 5-10 min zu Fuß, alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Man kann es nicht „nicht gefallen“ nenne, aber wir hatten das „problem“ das die Türcodes uns in der Email nicht angezeigt wurden dadurch war es bisschen verwirrend. Dafür kann natürlich niemand was, nachdem wir den Service angerufen haben wurde uns direkt sehr schnell und super Freundlich weitergeholfen. Was außerdem ein bisschen unverständlich im ersten Moment war, war die Parkplatz situation aber das war im Endeffekt dann auch in Ordnung.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Kein warmes Wasser

Leider gab es im Badezimmer kein warmes Wasser, sodass ich kalt duschen musste.

Ich habe das Problem beim Hotelpersonal gemeldet. Mir wurde jedoch nur gesagt, dass ich das Wasser zehn Minuten lang laufen lassen sollte. Trotzdem kam kein warmes Wasser.

Das Problem wurde nicht gelöst, und ich habe keine angemessene Unterstützung erhalten.

Ich war sehr verärgert und enttäuscht. Für ein Hotel ist das absolut inakzeptabel.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das personal ist sehr freundlich. Kann es nur empfehlen

Der Check in war sehr einfach, die Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Für unseren Hund standen zwei Futternäpfe und ein Spielzeug bereit.

Cons:

Matratzen waren ein bisschen zu hart und es war sehr warm im Zimmer.

Super værelse med bad, tekøkken og især stor balkon. Været her 2 gange tidl og kan klart anbefale stedet. Der er mod mindre beløb mulighed for parkering i parkeringskælder. Butikscenter ca 10 min gang. Desuden lounge på 6. Etage med adgang for alle gæster

Lidt trætte madrasser.
