Pros:

Au top! Rien a redire tout était parfait. Personnel aidant, parlant anglais et nous avons même pu laisser nos sacs le temps de l'après midi en attendant notre train!

Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés dans cet établissement.

Pros:

Отель чистый, уборка была каждый день. Администратор Наталья помогла разместиться, также помогла с вызовом такси в аэропорт. Персонал очень вежливый.

Cons:

Без завтраков, но нам было не принципиально.

ОченьХочу выразить искреннюю благодарность отелю за прекрасное пребывание. Всё было на высшем уровне: в номере очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Особенно порадовала свежая, идеально чистая постель — видно, что к деталям относятся с вниманием и заботой о гостях.

В отеле царит приятная атмосфера, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно стараются сделать отдых гостей максимально комфортным.

Спасибо вам за отличный сервис и тёплый приём! Обязательно буду рекомендовать ваш отель и с удовольствием вернусь снова.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was clean, cosy, and very comfortable.
On the day of our arrival, they kindly messaged me to confirm our arrival time, the number of guests, and whether they should prepare the sofa bed for the third person. It was very thoughtful and showed great attention to detail.
When we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and the receptionist personally showed us to our room. The room was spotless and had everything we needed — towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and more.
The location was also very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. She even took the time to explain how to get to the nearest places and told us to ask if we needed any help.
After check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at reception so we could enjoy a walk before our flight, which we really appreciated.

Приветливый персонал. Завтрак под заказ. Чистота.

Cons:

Ужасно шумно. Никакой звукоизоляции. Невозможно спать. Слышно буквально все: шаги в коридоре, шум воды из соседнего номера, не говоря о голосах, шумный холодильник. Соседи в каком-то номере включили музыку во весь ор в 2 часа ночи в один из дней. За такое , как минимум, надо ставить комплимент.
Отель должен быть для тишины и отдыха, здесь главная функция отеля была не выполнена совсем еще на этапе стройки (обеспечение звукоизоляции).
