Pros:

Great location. Exactly what I need as a tourist visiting Aktau for the first time. They also offer laundry service for 3000 tenge so that was extra helpful after spending time in the desert.
The staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast tasted great.

A very good stay for the price. clean, comfortable, and the friendly staff.
