Pros:

Reception is 24h and we could check in at 4am, since our flight arrived in the middle of the night.
All the receptionists are very friendly and gave us information about price ranges for taxis from the airport, so we could avoid getting scammed (2500-3500T).
They store travellers' luggage for days while they do their Mangystau trips.
They can wash your clothes for 3000T per bag, which is incredibly useful, especially if you come from the desert.
There is free drinkable water at each floor. In the room soap, towels, hairdryer and tea are provided.

We stayed two days in a tiny double room, which was hot and very tiny (we needed to have the aircon mostly on), and without enough space to put all our stuff during unpacking and packing.
Then two days in the double delux, which is few pennies more expensive and it was excellent.

There is a caucasian cafe in the basement, but the prices are a bit high. You can get cheaper breakfast, lunch and dinner at stalovaya Tagam, 10mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The place is far from everything, as distances in Aktau are huge, but yandex is cheap.
