Pros:

We came, rooms were not ready, we already mooved in, cleaning women came to clean and spread the airfreshener into the room. Appartment really needs to be repaired. Sofa was dirty . Gates were not working

Great location just behind Aqualand. Puerto Colon and Fanabe beach only 15/20 minutes walk. Taxi back from the beach was only €5 so very affordable if you did want to walk back up to the apartment. All considered very good 👍

Review for Room 414 – Significant Improvements Needed

We stayed in room 414 and unfortunately found the overall condition of both the accommodation and facilities to be very disappointing and in need of significant improvement.

Accessibility was a major concern. Where the taxi dropped us off, there was no ramp available, meaning we had to carry multiple heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. This would be extremely difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Although some ramps were present in other areas, they were very steep and not particularly practical or safe.

Around the pool area, many tiles were missing, creating both an unpleasant appearance and a potential safety hazard.

Inside the accommodation, several maintenance and cleanliness issues were evident:
• The doors showed clear signs of rot.
• Some of the walls had blown and the property generally needs repainting and proper upkeep.
• The washing machine was located outside with exposed electrical plugs, which appeared unsafe. We were also unable to open the door to access it properly.
• The fridge was heavily dented.
• The sofa had visible holes.
• The apartment sleeps 6 people, yet only 3 sun loungers were provided.
• Kitchen surfaces were stained and appeared poorly maintained.
• The main bathroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain.
• The second shower tray appeared to have been painted, but the coating had peeled away.
• Tissue was stuck to the ceiling in the second bathroom, which was very unhygienic.
• Several tiles throughout the property were cracked.
• Overall the property needs decorating and some general TLC.
• There was also a back gate, however no key was provided, limiting access and convenience.

Great place to stay very relaxing
Pros:

The staff and cleaning staff were faultless 👌👌 although the apartment 409 was a little bit tired in places overall it was very good and I would definitely book again having spent 14 days at hacienda village I give it a rating for the price paid of 10/10 , I travel to Tenerife 4 times a year and will be back here again for sure , regards mark

We had such a great time here that we will definitely be making a return trip.

We had a nice time at the Haciendas and would visit again despite some negative comments
Pros:

The view from APT 461 was really good

Cons:

The apartments are tired and in need of decoration .The photos on the web site do not match the actual condition .On our arrival we found it very difficulty to find the apartment and the person on the after hours phone was of no help .For older people access may be difficult as a lot of walking up steps is required to reach the higher level apartment's

Very enjoyable stay in a great location, I would recommend this for families.
Pros:

Great location.
Spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 5 and very nice renovated apartment for 2 (grandparents).
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The pools were used most of the day but never too busy, able to get a bed 90% of the time.
Both apartments were thoroughly cleaned 3 times over 11 nights.

Cons:

The 2 bed apartment we had needs to be renovated, if it is renovated to the standard of the 1 bed apartment it will be excellent.

Pros:

Stor altan med fin udsigt over byen og vandet.

Cons:

Hele lejligheden var meget slidt. Billederne på booking.com matchede ikke virkeligheden, hvilket vi var rigtig skuffede over. Prisen er meget høj i forhold til kvalitet og standard. Fik lovet rengøring samme dag, efter anmodning, men de kom først den næste dag. Servicen var generelt ikke noget at råbe hurra for.
