Appartement très spacieux et confortable.. conforme a la description
C'est vraiment impeccable et proche du centre de adege en voiture 10 minutes de tout direction.

Deux piscines secondaire était moins bruyante
Le personnel est vraiment adorable

Cons:

Alors juste bémol sur le bruit des différentes personnes la nuit. Les italiens sont des gens très bruyant et mal élevés...

C'est usant.

Piscine principale alors les personnes prennent les places le matin pour partir pendant des fois 3 heures de temps et du coup bin plus de place pour personnes.

Je préfère les deux autres piscine non chauffé qui était vraiment rafraîchissante

We stayed at Haciendas for 5 weeks and had an excellent experience. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful ocean view.

The apartment was cleaned every two days, and both the towels and bed linen were changed every two days, which we really appreciated. The complex has three clean swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers available.

I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection was exactly as promised—fast, stable, and excellent throughout our entire stay.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Haciendas. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tenerife!

Everything!!! The room was infested with ants and no one helped us. The condition of the apartment isn’t fit to have people in there. And the property had been told twice this was my partners bday trip. Property was so bad we couldn’t even stay there. We were advised to leave the property by someone on the out of hours team and when we asked her where we were meant to stay, she told us there was nothing she could do until 8am and put the phone down on us. The property then didn’t contact us until 3pm the following day after we had been left stranded after travelling all day. Disgusting

Great location just behind Aqualand. Puerto Colon and Fanabe beach only 15/20 minutes walk. Taxi back from the beach was only €5 so very affordable if you did want to walk back up to the apartment. All considered very good 👍

Review for Room 414 – Significant Improvements Needed

We stayed in room 414 and unfortunately found the overall condition of both the accommodation and facilities to be very disappointing and in need of significant improvement.

Accessibility was a major concern. Where the taxi dropped us off, there was no ramp available, meaning we had to carry multiple heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. This would be extremely difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Although some ramps were present in other areas, they were very steep and not particularly practical or safe.

Around the pool area, many tiles were missing, creating both an unpleasant appearance and a potential safety hazard.

Inside the accommodation, several maintenance and cleanliness issues were evident:
• The doors showed clear signs of rot.
• Some of the walls had blown and the property generally needs repainting and proper upkeep.
• The washing machine was located outside with exposed electrical plugs, which appeared unsafe. We were also unable to open the door to access it properly.
• The fridge was heavily dented.
• The sofa had visible holes.
• The apartment sleeps 6 people, yet only 3 sun loungers were provided.
• Kitchen surfaces were stained and appeared poorly maintained.
• The main bathroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain.
• The second shower tray appeared to have been painted, but the coating had peeled away.
• Tissue was stuck to the ceiling in the second bathroom, which was very unhygienic.
• Several tiles throughout the property were cracked.
• Overall the property needs decorating and some general TLC.
• There was also a back gate, however no key was provided, limiting access and convenience.

Great place to stay very relaxing
Pros:

The staff and cleaning staff were faultless 👌👌 although the apartment 409 was a little bit tired in places overall it was very good and I would definitely book again having spent 14 days at hacienda village I give it a rating for the price paid of 10/10 , I travel to Tenerife 4 times a year and will be back here again for sure , regards mark
