Nice clean place but needs some maintenance
Pros:

The cleaning lady I met on my last day was lovely and very friendly and helpful - added an extra star for her! Aircon in each room was nice, clean bedding and comfy beds.

Cons:

the man checking me in wasn't super friendly and wasn't aware of the check-in time that I had agreed with whoever operates the booking.com account. Kettle wasn't usable, bathroom sink plug got stuck in, WiFi kept dropping out and I needed to re-enter the password. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped (only 2 mugs, for example), I stayed at cheaper places in Sperlonga that were better equipped.

Insomma, tante cose da rivedere a partire dalla pulizia dei condizionatori che sono una cosa seria

Buona la posizione

Cons:

Pulizia carente. Condizionatori inutilizzabili perché oltre essere datati erano molto sporchi di polvere sull'aletta e in prossimità dei filtri. Un gran bel dito di polvere vecchia. Le camere da letto al piano di sopra sono state ricavate in modo molto arrangiato, pericolosa una in particolare se si sta con bambini. Tetto inesistente con un sistema assurdo, griglia aperta che se piove ti piove in casa e in corrispondenza delle camere da letto.

La posizione e il parcheggio

Cons:

La struttura manca di finestra nella zona giorno e la struttura non ha un riciclo d'aria ottimale. Hanno chiesto le tasse di soggiorno anche per un bambino al di sotto dei 12 anni. Se si soggiorno per più di un giorno sarebbe carino trovare le cialde del caffè almeno per i giorni che si soggiorna. Mancavano anche gli asciugamani da ospite. La porta della doccia non è isolata bene si allaga tutto il bagno ogni volta che ne fai utilizzo

Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato, parcheggio.

Cons:

Assenza di finestra al piano terra se non uno scorrevole sul soffitto che affaccia come le finestre del primo piano su una sorta di chiostrina/terrazzo con apertura solo sul tetto e con il motore dei condizionatori che, se accesi, lo rendono impraticabile. Seconda camera troppo piccola per un adulto (mia figlia ha scelto di dormire sul divano...). Unico bagno al piano terra scomodo se necessita di usarlo di notte. Nessuno spazio esterno. Rumoroso, la struttura è collocata su strada principale particolarmente trafficata. Gli appartamenti però non sono tutti uguali. Ho notato che alcuni hanno almeno la finestra al piano terra.
