Comfortable stay
Pros:

Nice staff , comfortable rooms and decent food. The staff is really professional and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and had comfortable beds.

Cons:

They only have Chinese cuisine on the à la carte menu. On breakfast, they offer a continental and Chinese breakfast.

Nach Delhi und Indien ist dieses Hotel eine Luxus Offenbarung.
Pros:

Die unkomplizierte & absolut hilfreiche Kontaktaufnahme via Handy vor Ankunft am Flughafen, der super Fahrer der extra Nachts um gegen 0 a.m auf mich wartete.
Das komplette Personal war wirklich bemüht mir meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Speziell Raj von der Lobby hat sich mehr als bemüht mir meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das ist Ihm übrigens auch sehr gut gelungen.

Generell kann man sagen das die Gastfreundschaft / Service Gedanke in Nepal um einiges stärker ausgeprägt ist als anderswo. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung

Ich bin nicht der 5* Hotel Bewohner, eher Air BNB User und 5 Sterne Superior verwöhnte Menschen würden hier vermutlich keine hervorragende Bewertung hinterlassen. Als normaler Mensch ohne Alüren ist dieses Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.
Man darf sich nicht von der Strasse irritieren lassen. Dieses Hotel echt jeden Cent wert.

It worth to stay if you don't want to spend a lot
Pros:

Lakhey hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from Themal. The hotel is nicely renovated. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a Chinese restaurant in this hotel and the dishes are legitimate. Rooms are spacious for 2 - with 2 pieces of big luggage and 2 small bags.

Cons:

There is one significant issue and a few minor ones. The shower is difficult to dial to the right temperature - it was either boiling hot or less then luke warm. The hot water could be all used up after 9pm. The location is not ideal if you look for late night food. The Chinese restaurant located inside the hotel is excellent, though it took quite a while for the dishes to come.

Staying at Lakhey Hotel was an absolute pleasure! The hotel is in a prime location near Thamel Road, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant culture, restaurants, and shops.

From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and professionalism. They were always courteous and ready to assist, going the extra mile to ensure we had a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Thanks to Subarna (owner),Rajesh,Arbin,Deeya,Dipendra{driver},Santosh/Rekh bahadur {guard} and Ranjit.

The food was exceptional, with a variety of dishes, freshly prepared. Every meal was a treat!

The rooms were pristine, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

One of the best aspects of our stay was their travel and tour services. They arrange seamless trips to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), Everest Base Camp (EBC), Pokhara, Lumbini, and Chitwan, offering well-organized tour packages with convenient door-to-door service. This made planning our adventures effortless!

If you’re visiting Kathmandu and looking for a well-located, comfortable, and service-oriented hotel, Lakhey Hotel is a fantastic choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

Pros:

New hotel. Good view from top floor rooms.

Cons:

No ventilation in room. You can’t even open the window. Very humid inside if the room, especially after a shower. The beds were a bit wet because of the humidity and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Pros:

The whole place is new, clean and modern.

Cons:

On the booking it’s mentioned they have a bar on the rooftoo but once we got there the receptionist told us there isn’t a bar yet, they are building it.
Also, compared to other places in Nepal, service was okay, but without much effort for kindness.
