Surf Forever

Ich war hier zum Surfen und ehrlich gesagt ist mir der Abschied richtig schwergefallen. Ich hab was ruhiges gesucht, wo ich eine gute Zeit nichts anderes machen kann, außer surfen - und wo nicht jeden Abend gesoffen wird, wie ja leider in vielen anderen Surf Spots. Genau diesen entspannten Vibe findet man hier zu 100 %.

Die Lage ist für Surfer eigentlich perfekt: Man sitzt genau mittig zwischen allen Breaks. Ich bin jeden Tag einfach zu Fuß los und in ein paar Minuten ist man im Wasser.

Das eigentliche Highlight ist aber die Atmosphäre vor Ort. Es ist alles sehr entspannt. Das liegt vor allem an den Besitzern – ich habe selten so herzliche und liebevolle Menschen getroffen, und ich reise gut die Hälfte des Jahres. Gerade wenn man länger bleibt, merkt man erst, wie viel Mühe sie sich geben, damit man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Das ganze wirkt sich sehr auf die Dynamik in der kleinen Unterkunft aus - die paar Leute die dort bleiben, gehören alle irgendwie "dazu" - man redet automatisch miteinander und hat eine gute Zeit.

Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, die authentisch ist und wo man sich nach dem Surf einfach nur wohlfühlen kann, ist hier genau richtig. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke für die zwei tollen Wochen!

PS: Ja, die Straße ist direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wie an sehr vielen Spots in Midigama. Aber wer nicht gerade enorm seicht schläft, wird hier keine Probleme haben. Ear Plugs sind aber ein Muss - wie so oft in Asien. Halb so schlimm, ich war sogar ein paar Tage krank und hab problemlos geschlafen :)

A perfect stay from start to finish! The establishment is absolutely spotless, very clean, well maintained, and pleasant. You immediately feel comfortable there.

A huge thank you to Dulmi and Dilip who are simply incredible: welcoming, attentive, and always available to help with a smile. Their kindness really makes all the difference.

The location is ideal, close to everything and very convenient for getting around and enjoying the surroundings.

I highly recommend this place without hesitation and I will gladly come back again!

My stay was amazing, the hosts made me feel part of the family since I arrived. A true home away from home. Everything was better than expected. Location is perfect. They put me in a better room than the one I’ve booked. We had bbq together, the wave is right in front. Couldn’t ask for more. They even gave me the best deal renting a bike. So thankful 🙏🏽

The most welcoming hosts quickly became friends/family away from home. I loved my room with adjacent bathroom and usage of kitchen/fridge.
You can see rams surfspot from the patio and walking distance to 5surfspots of midigama.
Chilled vibe and best dinners cooked by dulmi.
I am returning after some travels up the coast to spend my last week here.
There are surfrentals and repairs as well as nice selection of restaurants in close visinity.

Loved staying at Surf Forever! The hosts were the best and made me feel at home from day 1. As it’s directly on the main road it’s quite noisy all day, but other than that it’s the perfect place to be in Midigama, if you’re looking for an affordable, convenient accommodation.

The owners are so helpful with everything. The room is clean, good bathroom and amazing location. Regardless if you surf or not, it’s a great place to stay.

Great location just opposite the beach. The room was great with private bathroom. The owner was lovely and easy to communicate with.

Its a lovely homestay behind the main road and beach, in between a few surf spots that you can walk to.
Such lovely hosts, they made me feel very welcome.
