We arranged for security to open up on a Saturday morning at 3:45 am to get my wife to a marathon event in Emgwenya a little over 45 minutes away on a normal drive. There was no-one at the gate despite numerous call to the number for the security guard provided by the managers, the after hours manager was not responding to any calls despite picking up the first time. A security guard eventually rocked up to open at 4:30am and we had to rush to get from dullstroom to emgwenya having to run to the start line to get there my wife started the race late. if anyone knows the roads then they also know early morning mist affects visibility and its dangerous to drive fast along that stretch of N4. The whole morning created so much stress and anxiety that should have been avoided as we were explicit in communicating this to the staff and security on duty the day before. The whole attitude was pretty blase which was what was most annoying. The response was that the guard was probably doing patrols, and this after we were specific in our request. We travelled from far to participate in this marathon as it is a qualifier for the comrades and the general attitude from the manager left a very sour taste with us. Nice enough venue (albeit some questionable room design and layout choices - why do you have full view to the toilet from outside the room without any doors or screens unless you close the rooms curtains) but poor management and follow through. Frequenting Dullstroom 3-4 times per year unfortunately unlikely that we will return

I think the lack of a fan or aircon was missing. 2. Improve clarity and promote the dams, below the big dam. CHat with Kevin and improve how you promote that. ITs a key to your success.

The drain had a stench

Noisy neighbours as this is a very small facility sound seems to be a problem. The bar closed very early. The check in is also very late 16:00 not really enough time to explore.

le bois laissé à l'entrée pour faire un feu etait un peu trop humide donc il ne prenait pas malheureusement, et le spa était fermé indépendamment de leur volonté (suite aux intempéries de la région qui ont fortement endommagé l'espace)
