Pros:

Déconnexion totale et une impression de Canada! La vue de la chambre est magnifique sur un lac avec de nombreux oiseaux
repas très bons
chambre vaste avec un poêle à bois pour se réchauffer
l'établissement est très beau et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût
dommage que nous n'y soyons restés qu'une seule nuit

Pros:

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit à Dunkeld East. Le personnel est très gentil et le cadre est incroyable et très calme. La carte du restaurant est bien fournie et la cuisine très bien exécutée. La décoration des chambres et du restaurant est très belle.

Cons:

Attention au chemin en terre accidenté pour accéder à l'hôtel qui peut ne pas être évident à manœuvrer.
Petit bémol également sur l'isolation sonore.

Great location, terrible room design. Can't recommend.
Pros:

Gorgeous location, 10 out of 10. Friendly staff, clean rooms, well appointed.

Cons:

Room's subject to some of he worst impulses in modern interior design. Open plan bathroom lacks privacy- you can literally see the toilet from the balcony AND IT HAS NO DOOR. Bathrooms got very cold. Double volume ceiling meant most of the heat from the stove escaped. Terrible sound insulation, heard neighbours through the walls. Exposed lightbulbs gave me a headache.

beautiful place and our stay was lovely, will definitely come back in summer.
Pros:

the breakfast on Saturday morning was very dry and the food took too long to be ready. the lunch we ordered oxtail and lamb chops, complements to the chef, the food was very delicious and tasty.

Cons:

The rooms have no minibar not offering even welcome bottled water.

Lovely stay with just a few niggles.
Pros:

The friendly, accommodating staff, the clean, cosy room, and the great location!

Cons:

Not a fan of the open toilet in the room; it made things a bit awkward when one person had to leave the room so the other could use the toilet. Would be an easy fix to cover the glass wall with frosted vinyl and add a frosted glass door.
The staff were great; however, having 1 waiter at breakfast made things run really slow. It took a while to get our order in, and there were a few things he forgot (not his fault; he was the only person serving the tables).

Absolutely incredible
Pros:

Absolutely lovely staff. Esther(the receptionist) is absolutely so sweet. I’d recommend staying longer. A day just is not enough. The facilities were great. Very clean.

L’accueil, la beauté du lieu et de la chambre, la vue sur le lac et la balade que nous y avons faite, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du petit-déjeuner et du dîner,…

Cons:

En plein mois de juillet, il fait vraiment froid à Dullstroom et il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre. La couverture chauffante fonctionne très bien mais nous avons eu froid entre le dîner et le moment où nous nous sommes mis au lit.

Pros:

The location is fabulous and scenic. The room was clean, comfortable and attention was paid to small details/luxuries
The check in was seamless
We didn’t book with breakfast, and I’m glad we didn’t - no real veg options.
We thoroughly enjoyed the walk on the estate, and we’d love to come back

Cons:

There is no partition between the bedroom and bathroom (including the toilet). We weren’t comfortable with this.
It would have been nice to receive more wood for the cosy fire
