Bedding was completely stained (gross), when I complained, they first tried to tell me it's fine before changing it. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Window whistled like mad when it was windy outside

La ubicación es inigualable.

Cons:

No hay garrafón de agua y hay que estar pidiendo constantemente al personal por agua. Dan botellas pero eso causa mucha basura innecesaria.

Pros:

The location was excellent because you can walk to zocalo and the malecón with ease.

Cons:

It was noticeable nobody dusts the rooms, and they never had hot water in the days we stayed. The staff was blah and only one girl was nice and smile.
