Ubicación, buena limpieza pero detalles por afinar, balcones sucios llenos de popo de palomas. Decoración más alegre, plantas quedarían muy bien!! Un mural quedaría precioso!!

En general bien decoración en el lobby le subiría bastante al hotel, me tocaron junto niños muy llorones🙄🤣🥰 pero es comprensible, son niños.

Location was great.
Air conditioning good.
Clean.
Soap, toilet paper, hair dryer.

Cons:

Room was very small, and dark. No windows, only to an air shaft where all the AC's are.
Shower head needs descaling.
Then again, room price was very very affordable, so with that in mind there can't be any complaints.

This was our second stay, and we will return when we go to Veracruz.
Pros:

The location couldn't be better for enjoying all that the Centro Historico has to offer. The hotel is basic. It has just what you need. No luxuries. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And for a reasonable extra charge, you can bring your pet, as we did. Affordable parking is available in a garage about two blocks from the hotel.
