Hlavne správanie personálu reštaurácie. Samozrejme nie všetkých. Nevedeli sa odzdraviť, bolo vidno na nich,že majú nechuť k tej práci. A pri večeri sa nás iba prvý deň pobytu prišiel čašník spýtať,čo si dáme na pitie a hneď ako to doniesol chcel,aby sme to okamžite zaplatili,s čím som sa doteraz nikdy nestretla. A po ďalšie dni pobytu za nami nikto neprišiel,čo si dáme na pitie.

Nepáčilo sa nám to, že len čiastočne akceptujete rekreačné poukazy, to sklamalo viacero ľudí....nechcete zahrnúť do rekreačných poukazov celkovú utratu hosťa, akceptujete len platbu za ubytovanie a polpenziu. Je smutné, že to nemáte ani v stanovách vášho hotela a na otázky prečo? sa vaši ináč milí zamestnanci nevedia vyjadriť 😉. Takže ak máte ubytovanie na hoteli, musíte nosiť vo vrecku peňaženku a hneď vyplatiť to čo skonzumujete alebo vypijete. ( ako ústretový krok mate 10%zlavu) ale čo je to oproti 55% 🤷. Inak celkový dojem z prostredia hotela je super 👍.

Strava bohate si vyberie každý či raňajky alebo večera! Na izbe nám nič nechýbalo, o lokalite sa nemusíme ani baviť, Rovno z vlaku ste na hoteli 👌🏽
Sehr komfortables Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal, sogar deutsch sprechend!, das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich überraschend gross und supersauber.
Sehr praktisch der Shop im Hotel und die Parkgarage.
Die Mahlzeiten sind reichhaltig, bieten für jeden etwas, weil Buffetform.
Ein sehr angenehmer, chilliger Aufenthalt - jederzeit gerne wieder!

A szauna világ, saját fedett parkolóház, jól felszerelt szobák, választékos ételek, saját szupermarket, Csorba-tó közelsége.
A liftezés azzal az eggyel .. egyes napszakokban nagyon nehéz volt. 🫣
Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Tisztaság, kènyelem megfelelő volt.Az ètelek bősèges választékos, nagyon finomak voltak.
A wellness részen a recepciós úr nem volt túl kedves.
