Pros:

Location is good, room is fine
In general, if the construction will be finished it is good. But we didn’t stay at room a lot, so it didn’t bother us, the island is super nice, a lot of things to do, to eat in cafes is cheaper and delicious, beach is beautiful. Just some things i didn’t like

Cons:

1. They did not tell us about the construction process in advance, even when i was writing to the owner, he presented me with a fait accompli when we were already there
2. They wanted to bring us to another building which absolutely was not that i wanted and what i booked (they did it with all tourists who were coming that moment, most of the people were upset)
3. I got all information when i already arrived, which would be better to get the day before to be more confident in the airport ( i mean we didn’t know that someone will meet us, we were going out to boats, and back looking for some information what to do, coz boats will not take you without hotel confirmation)
4. We didn’t have room cleaning, towels and blankets changing, they asked us about this on our last day. I think if we would ask they will do, but i was a bit confused, coz it should be automatically

Comfortable and clean rooms, just found the staff hassled us a bit unnecessarily
Pros:

Nice clean newish property. Lovely room with small terrace. Breakfast was good, offering both traditional Maldivian breakfast and more continental style. The room was quite noisy when the kitchen was open, lots of talking and kitchen noises could be heard. We found the staff had a little bit of an attitude. One day we were resting in at lunchtime having been to the beach all morning and twice someone knocked the door disturbing us asking us if we wanted lunch. There is a big gap between the door and the door frame which made me feel a bit uncomfortable as you could actually see through the crack in the door. The hotel also seems to cater for another guest house for breakfast there are only about 5 or 6 rooms but the restaurant area was full every morning with people from somewhere else which was also a little annoying having to try and find a table. However the property is in a good location near to the tourist beach and restaurants and the rooms are comfortable

Pros:

We lived in the hotel of same level of comfort as Kiruliya, we were resettled there since there were no vacant rooms. We had breakfast and dinner in Kiruliya - food was delicious. We were accompanied by Ibrahim from Kiruliya - he helped to solve all questions which we had during our stay at Omadhoo. Ibrahim helped us in communication with local shop owners and money exchange. Both Ibrahim and hotel’s owner Ahmed did their best to make our holidays good.

The accommodation was very good. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and made sure we had a good stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!
