Our stay was a terrible experience. There was no water in the toilets in the morning for almost 3-4 hours, forcing us to check out early.
- We had to leave the property and secure a room at a nearby hotel simply to be able to shower and get ready.
- It is unacceptable that the hotel could not arrange even a basic stopgap, such as a water tanker, within 3–4 hours.
- This disruption wrecked our day and plans and resulted in additional financial loss.
- Totally disappointed, and I would not recommend this property.

Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even after informing them clearly that I had important calls and meetings and did not want to be disturbed, they kept calling repeatedly and interfering again and again.

The room itself was also not maintained properly. The toilet was not cleaned, there were no towels, no water bottle, and the room service was poor. When I informed the reception that the room was not clean and I wanted to check out, they responded very rudely and said they could not do anything.

Even during checkout, they kept disturbing me continuously with calls and did not even give me enough time to pack my bags peacefully. Overall, the staff behavior was arrogant and disrespectful, and the service quality was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The blanket they provided us is used already and didn't even wash it

They and not cleaning the room and bathroom well

Not refilling the toiletries and if we ask they answer very rude
