Rien une catastrophe

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, la cuvette cassée le rideau douche cassé. On a été demandé de nous changer de télé ou chambre car c’était une catastrophe et le patron nous dit que c’est pas possible et que pour la télé il avait pas de service technique . On voulait un rbt mais exclus. Une catastrophe. Et le déjeune quand on voit le prix qu’il demande c’est scandaleux d’avoir des yogourt du denner d’en face et 1 croissant ! Un hôtel à bannir

Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Le déjeuner a dû se faire à l'extérieur. La literie est minable

Irreführend beworben und insgesamt leider sehr schlecht.

Die Lage warf wirklich sehr gut, der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Hotel war sehr alt, teils beschädigt, der Putz kam von Decke und Wänden,
die Federn der Matratze haben sehr stark durchgedrückt. Es war das schlechteste Hotelbett, auf dem ich je schlafen musste.
Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam, keinen frischen Käse, keinerlei Wurst; nur das, was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist.
Der Mitarbeiter sprach kein Deutsch. Dies ist nicht schlimm, wurde aber eindeutig auf Ihrer Seite angegeben.
Das Hotel schloss bereits um 22 Uhr, obwohl ich schriftlich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich erst ca. 23 Uhr anreisen werde. Die Sauna war auch bereits geschlossen.
Die Bilder auf Ihrer Webseite bewerben das Hotel mit modernen Zimmern und Bädern. Beides war ganz anders, sehr veraltet und in schlechtem Zustand. Ich war noch nie so sehr von einem Hotel enttäuscht!

Where do I start. Run down, lights hanging out walls, pealing wallpaper , stains on the carpet, broken toilet seat , no tea or coffee in the room and the promised bottle of water not there.

Pros:

Emplacement, accueil très aidant et personne sympa.
Parking gratuit la nuit.

Cons:

Lit pas très confortable, salle de bain un peu délabrée (plafond, baignoire), bruit de gouttelettes toute la nuit dans le radiateur.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I had some difficulty communicating with the manager over WiFi connection and ended up not having WiFi. I'd asked for a quiet room but the room was noisy since there was a jackhammer running from what sounded like the room immediately above me. It seems this hotel is in the midst of construction. Also during the night an electric box outside the window kept buzzing intermittently. The breakfast was very basic.

Très belle découverte d’un hôtel super accueillant pour une grande famille !
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaites pour une grande famille. Nous sommes venus avec 3 enfants de différents âges, y compris un bébé, et nous sommes sentis très à l’aise et bienvenus à l’hôtel Casino. Je recommande absolument !
