Fantastic.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and was lovely and cool when we walked in. A tray with mineral water and some light snacks was provided in the room. Bathroom was lovely and owner Dax was very welcoming and helpful.

Best room and best host we had in India. Trust me, this is worth it.
Pros:

Beautiful breakfast and beautiful host. Highlight - one of the best rooms we had in India. Excellent mattress. Wonderful feeling of walking back in the well air-conditioned and clean room. Very attentive, good breakfast, all in all, fully recommended.

Cons:

Location was a bit further than all the fun stuff, but a short tuk-tuk ride sorted all that.

Highly recommend great value homestay with friendly owner

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful
Location was a short tuktuk ride or 20 minute walk from the main sights in Fort
Room was very comfortable and large with good aircon
Great value for money

Cons:

Noise from other guests who were having a party impacted our sleep
Breakfast was a little basic and at fixed times
Laundry service was expensive (per item)

A wonderful, relaxing, beautiful place with a high standard of food, rooms and warmth from the family.
Pros:

Having been on the road around India for 8 weeks prior to my stay I needed somewhere to recharge my batteries. Terence Dale not only provided the most relaxing few days, it was so wonderful I didn’t want to leave. The rooms are huge, clean and extremely comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is delicious and set in such a lovely room. But most of all Dax, the owner and his lovely son couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Even though I was there for a short time they acted as though I was a part of the family. An absolutely first class place.

Brilliant stay in Fort Kochi
Pros:

The location of the stay was fantastic and super close to all the places we needed to visit. Dax and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts and the rooms were beyond fantastic. Everything was super thoughtfully put together and the breakfasts were delicious. Cannot wait to visit again!

Pros:

Практически идеальный вариант для проживания в Кочине. Просторный апартамент с новеньким кондиционером в пешей доступности от форта Кочин. В меру обильные и очень вкусные завтраки в семейном ресторанчике на крыше гостиницы. Чистота и покой, которые редко можно встретить в южной Индии. Ну и конечно хозяин - добрый волшебник, который словно сошел со страниц Махабхараты, виртуоз мудрых бесед и помощи в любой мелочи. Из одной только возможности встретиться и поговорить с ним ещё раз будем ждать новой поездки в незабываемую Кералу.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend.

Room spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom clean with spacious shower. Always hot water.
Bottled water free and plentiful.
Hosts friendly and knowledgeable, gave lots of useful information.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt zum Ankommen in Indien.
DAX und seine Familie sind ganz tolle Menschen und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sowohl indisch als auch europäisch ausgelegt und unser Zimmer großzügig , sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Danke
