Pros:

Die Unterkunft war toll gelegen und auch die Juniorsuite war toll. Der Service und Empfang war super nett und wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Halbpension mit Einschränkung
Pros:

Die Lage, der Badesee ums Eck, und der Spa Bereich

Cons:

Kein Wasser in der Halbpension enthalten. Eine Flasche 6.90eur ist unverschämt hoch.
Das Bett war alt und hatte bei jeder kleinen Bewegung gequetscht. Zudem war die Matratze durchgelegen. Gut schlafen ist anders.
Das Essen war sehr lecker am Abend. Leider keine Abwechslung bei Frühstück und Salatbuffet

Une super adresse !!
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le coin, à 2 pas des téléphériques, accès gratuits avec la réservation de l’hôtel. Accès direct à la piscine naturelle. Très adapté pour des enfants même en bas âges. 2 coins de jeux. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien, repas du soir excellent, des plats variés et délicieux que l’on peut choisir le matin. Entrée, soupe, buffet salade, plat principal et dessert. Repas spécial pour les enfants, variés tous les jours. Personnel très sympathique. Vue sur les montagnes.

Cons:

Lits qui grincent et matelas un peu fatigués dans la chambre dans laquelle nous étions dans le bâtiment plus ancien. Mais les chambres doubles sont géniales.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und schmeckt, ist allerdings eintönig.
Das Haus selbst sowie die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.
Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der See und der Spa/Pool-Bereich sind angenehm.
Das Abendessen ist Abwechslungsreich und köstlich.

Cons:

Eigentlich nix. Nur das W-Lan könnte stabiler sein.

freundliches Mittelklassehotel (für Familien mit Kindern geeignet)
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat Gratisparkplätze, das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist sauber und korrekt, das Zimmer sehr geräumig (man hatte beinahe das Gefühl einer Ferienwohnung, einfach ohne Küche), mit einem grossen Balkon (mit Tisch und Liegestuhl), reichhaltiges Buffet fürs Frühstück, Abendessen mit je 4 Gängen und der Auswahl von Vegi, Fisch oder Fleisch

Cons:

Alles ist prima, aber das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen: verschiedene Installationen sind etwas älteren Jahrgangs und in meinen Augen nicht mehr ganz auf der Höhe der Zeit (z.B Dusche in der Badewanne, etwas schwache Zimmerbeleuchtung wegen alten Sparbirnen die nur langsam heller werden)

Cons:

Literie un peu limite, matelas inconfortable, lit trop petit en longueur alors que je fais que 187cm... mobilier un peu vétuste.
Dans la salle de restaurant il faisait trop chaud, le matin comme le soir.
Le plat principal complétement raté le dimanche soir. Explication du serveur : trop de clients ce soir la...

Pour un quatre étoiles c'est dommage.
