We had a 5 night stay, added one more night after booking 4 days first. So the previous review stands for this stay as well.

Breakfast time should start early
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast at their sister hotel was pretty good . It is at a distance of 500 metres though. For two days we asked our tuktuk to take us there for breakfast before taking us to Ankur Wat. For the next two days we ordered a grab taxi both ways. It is better than walking 500m in the humidity And it is better to avoid the street dogs also .
There are very good tips and a detailed guide in our report on our non commercial website for visit to Angkor wat and a day trip to the Kulen mountains.

For the first day of our stay we wanted to catch the sunrise at Angkor wat and wanted to leave at 5 am. The breakfast they provided in the night was very inadequate in quantity We are vegetarians and there were only three small thin slices of bread and a blob of butter and jam, a small banana and a small orange. The breakfast starts only at 7. In fact the breakfast timing should be a little earlier for people who want to be at Angkor wat by 7:30 when it opens. It is a 20 minute ride by Tuk Tuk From this hotel to the temple.
All the amenities
Further away from archeological sites
Breakfast is at the sister Vasinh Hotel, approximately 400 metres away (turn left out of the Green Residence, walk to end of short road, turn right, take second road on left, and Vasinh is about 175m on your right). They serve a superb breakfast in here, really sets you up for the day, and all the staff are attentive, friendly and professional. There is an option to have breakfast delivered to your room at the Green Residence, but the short walk really sets you up.
The staff in the Green Residence are superb. Really friendly and helpful, and there is a member of staff on site at night. Whilst the pool is a little small, it is just perfect for a dip to help cool you down from the Cambodian sunshine!
It’s about a 45 minute walk from the Green Residence to the busy Pub Street area of Siem Reap. Alternatively you can just get a tuk-tuk for about $2-$3.
Angkor Wat is a must see whilst you are here, but the tickets are quite pricey (currently $37 each for a single day entry to the archaeological park). However, if you wait until 1730 hrs entry is free to the archaeological park, but with no entrance to the Angkor Wat. But you can still grab those Instagram photos from the outside! You can enter some of the other buildings, but there is a very limited amount of time in the grounds up until sunset. If getting to see inside is an absolute must, then just be aware of the price. They say you can’t see the whole site in a day, so they sell 2 and 3 day passes. Now you are having to spend loads of cash!!
Nothing
Really nice staff! The accomodation is really great and big. It's even possible to cook. The laundry machine in the apartment is another davantage. The pool is nice. And cherry on the cake, a 5min walk to another hotel is needed for breakfast but it really worth it: the food is delicious and complementary. The location is not in the city center but tuk tuk is cheap so not an issue at all.
When we arrived, the apartment was infested with hundred of mosquitoes... Probably the previous customers did not use the mosquito nets.
After fighting mosquitoes during 24h, we could enjoy the end of our stay peacefully.
The apartments were large in size
You have to go to another hotel for breakfast. There is nothing nearby. You can't walk to the center. Roosters are crowing all night, which do not let you sleep. Tea accessories are provided, but there is no black tea. I asked them to bring it, but they told me they didn't have it. A hair dryer, like all kitchen utensils, must be requested. Not a single outlet was working in the bedroom. The description says: sofa bed. That's not so. We had a sofa that couldn't fold out, but we needed it.
The units are incredibly complete and the staff super helpful. Best value for money so far
The apartment was amazing. All you need to have a lovely stay and a pool to cool down in. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I could not fault this place one bit. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap then this is it. Value for money is an understatement. To sum it up in one word... AMAZING!!
There was nothing to dislike. This place is simply outstanding
