Enjoyable stay at Airie Living, highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent room and super friendly and helpful staff! Small balcony in our room with chairs and table. Clean bathroom with nice shower! Excellent location, very central. Great facilities in the room including a projector to watch movies.

Hôtel confortable et au calme
Pros:

La chambre était propre. La literie est confortable. Il y a de l eau chaude. Nous avions un balcon.
Il y a un video projecteur connecté.
Le logement est situé dans une impasse au calme.
Nous avons pu louer un scooter à proximité (5min de marche).
Il y a une climatisation qui fonctionne bien et peu bruyante.

Pros:

Location was great, close to convenience stores, food etc. Quiet escape and the alley entrance and front of hotel was so cute and magical.
We unfortunately dodnt get as much rest time as we would have liked to use the projection screen more :(
Outdoor table and chairs on balcony and plants - veey comfortable and enjoyable. Air con worked great. Separate kitchenette space as well.
Good comminication via whatsapp too

Cons:

The stairs are a killer when you are on top floor lol, but we got used to it.
Shower pressure was not great and took awhile to heat up but very spacious and plenty of toilet paper and toiletries. No soap but there was body wash. Much appreciated. If you drink normal tea (we are Australian) bring your own lol. And buy milk and sugar lol

Old property, friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a mixed stay at Aire living (more below).

That said there were positives. The staff were very nice and tried hard to resolve/compensate the issues we had. They were also helpful in letting us leave our bags at the property before and after we had to check out. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location is decent you’re a 20min walk away from most attractions and close to some very nice coffee shops.

Cons:

The rooms are generally old and in need of a serious deep clean - the bathroom had a large patch of mould and most of the fixtures are rusty and dirty. Everything provided was old and didn’t always look clean - yellowing sheets, towels with stains on them. Some of the furniture was broken e.g. wardrobe drawers. There was minimal cooking equipment and cutlery - literally just enough for one cup each, one mug each etc. Some smaller issues like the fridge minibar was not stocked properly.

Immer wenn geschäftlich in HCMC!
Pros:

Gegend ist super, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gemütliche Kaffes gleich uns Eck wo man auch frühstücken kann. Grosser und ruhiger Balkon, da in einer kleinen Sackgasse gelegen sehr ruhig. ..ausser der Hahn ab 5:00 ;)
Personals super freundlich, Erklärvideos über WhatsApp. Gutes Wlan - Videomeeting funktioniert!

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen, ist einfach und mit Herz.
