They didn't even recognise booking.com
They said they didn't have a booking. We had to pay in cash and book in person once more. It was dirty, shabby, unkept. It was more like an hourly hook up hotel !

To be honest, nothing ,

Cons:

There was so many mosquitoes everywhere, ac was on but not cooling at all, shower room was dirty and not clean properly, swimming pool was under construction and did not allowed to use it, cafe was also not in function , open electricals, and tv connections was not installed
