Pros:

Exceptional staff who were there to really accommodate our every need. I was travelling with my parents who are in their 80s and they were super impressed with how accommodating the staff were. The best part was that they offered a free shuttle to and fro Borobudur and even sent us to our dinner locations and fetched us back. Mr. Angga and Ms. Angga and Maria were always on hand for any questions. The cafe chef must also be commended as we had most of our meals in-house and everything was superb.

Cons:

Nothing within the hotel's control but the neighbours were open burning rubbish just outside the villa throughout the day and it caused a lot of discomfort especially since the smoke was constant and at one point the room was also smokey and it was hard to breathe. The staff tried to help by informing them but it didn't really stop the smoke. Other than that, everything was fantastic. It may not be the best place for people who do not like cats though.

Good for the budget price but not ideal if you want luxury
Pros:

Location was central

Cons:

Showers had no doors and were open to the bathroom and water got everywhere. There were cats all over the common areas including furniture and tables, not good when you’re allergic.

Relaxing, peaceful stay

The Villa was a lovely place to escape the bustle. We had a private pool which was lovely. The restaurant was delicious.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Amazing stay !
Ms Angga and all the team was so cheerful and welcoming. This place is such a big 10/10. The quality for its price is best of what you could find. The private pool is sooo nice.
The food and drinks were really great (we managed to avoid too spicy ones). Many options for breakfast.
Here you can arrange anything you want for your stay. Rent motorbikes, have drive for the temples or yogyakarta city, massage in your rooms, anything is possible.
Many thanks for everything. We will remember and recommend this place !

Pros:

Tutto. Questo hotel corrisponde a tutto quello che è indicato. Le ville sono oggettivamente belle e curate. Il bagno è chiuso nuovo e curato. Il personale di una gentilezza unica, come del resto tutte le persone indonesiane. La veduta dalla terrazza dove si mangia è qualcosa di spettacolare, puoi mangiare anche in villa ma merita mangiare fuori.

Cons:

Forse la lentezza del servizio ristorazione, ma in vacanza uno può anche rallentare ed aspettare in un posto meraviglioso come questo.

Loved my stay!
Pros:

Its such a gem of a find! Lovely spot and gorgeous villa facing tranquility. Hotel restaurant has a lovely view too! Staff are always friendly with wonderful smiles.

Cons:

Nothing! Just note that location is a little out of "town" but Grab works to get around. Or scooter rental.

Pros:

Personnel extrêmement gentil et la chambre est très agréable avec sa piscine privée. Ils font aussi le trajet pour aller à Borobudur en voiture.

Perfect private hideaway near the majestic Borobudur
Pros:

Basically almost everything, the unit is so spacious and clean. The private pool and the view of green rice field was a great combination. The foods were also delicious!

But above all, the staff are very very helpful and friendly. I was attending a friend's wedding reception at a nearby hotel, and they offered to drop me off without a charge. They were also very attentive.

Cons:

There was no phone in the unit so you will have to always walk up to the reception area if you need something, not an issue but since the villa was so comfy, I did not want to leave.

Also there was quite a few instances of internet issues

Excellent service and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

All the staffs are friendly and helpfull, especially mba Angga and Pak Moi.
I enjoyed delicious meals and found the staff to be attentive and courteous throughout my stay. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to Plataran Borobudur where we had a wedding invitation.
