Lage mitten in der Stadt zwar gut für Leute die nicht mobil sind, aber ansonsten viel zu laut.
Cons:

Sehr hohe Parkgebühren in der öffentlichen Garage nebenan. Wochenticket möglich, wurde aber bei Buchung nicht erwähnt und sollte besser über das Hotel buchbar sein. Rechnung kommt nicht zeitnah. Zu laut.

Cons:

Check-in am 4. Januar bei –5 °C und starkem Schneefall im Freien am Automaten. Gebucht waren eine Suite und ein Einzelzimmer, erhalten haben wir zwei Einzelzimmer. Nach über zwei Stunden ohne Rückmeldung wurde der interne Fehler bestätigt, dennoch nur Einzelzimmer angeboten. Die zugesagte Preiskorrektur wurde bis zum Check-out nicht umgesetzt.
Aufenthalt 11 Nächte, Reinigung nur einmal pro Woche. Nur zwei Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier nicht ausreichend – laut Personal selbst zu organisieren.
Gute Lage, aber unprofessioneller Service und keinerlei Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei eigenen Fehlern.

Pros:

Gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Suite. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Die Terasse ist schön, ideal wäre es noch, wenn sie überdacht wäre. So ist sie bei etwas Regen oder Schnee nicht zu gebrauchen.
