One of the worst stays
Pros:

We were the only ones in the complex (at least we did not see anyone else) and, fortunately, the sauna and the pool worked.

Cons:

They initially assigned us a room literally above the restaurant, although they were setting the place for a party. I asked for a different room and they lied we would not hear any noise. I had to wait until 10 pm to be able to change the room, because, luckily, another couple did not show up. Why assign, in the whole complex, the room above the restaurant!? Just give a free upgrade, if there is no other room within the same category.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when booking the property it said there was a heated swimming pool (there wasn’t one), the sauna was not working and the water in the jacuzzi was cold.
