I didn’t like the fact that when booking the property it said there was a heated swimming pool (there wasn’t one), the sauna was not working and the water in the jacuzzi was cold.

Overall a lovely villa to enjoy, but minor repairs should be considered to make it exceptional
Pros:

We booked the Superior Villa and were not disappointed. It is the last house on the top of the slope, so it felt very private and secluded and allowed us to enjoy the premises to the fullest extent. Getting your own house, complete with a big fireplace, for that kind of money is amazing.
Breakfast was homemade. We requested it delivered to the villa and the staff was perfectly happy to deliver it.
For some bizarre reason, we ended up being the only people in the complex during our stay. I found it odd, because the hotel opposite is more expensive and it was full, but we were more than happy with our villa in Safari Village Velingrad and we thought it an unexpected bonus to our stay.

Cons:

The fireplace is amazing and it is the one reason why we chose this place over others in the region. However, it is not coated and the water pipes run very close to it. If you light a big fire, it heats up the pipes and the water inside starts hissing and evaporating, with steam coming out the cupboard nearby. It felt unsafe, but then we realised it is just water so the worst could have been a burst pipe. We left it on and it was fine in the end. The second night, we just kept the fire a bit smaller and we had no issues, but it is definitely something that should be addressed and repaired if possible.
Speaking of repairs, the shower pod leaks free, making the bathroom tricky to use after a shower. An easy fix would be a mop handy, but there was none.

nicht so viel. Die Lage und Aussicht ist gut

Cons:

Wasser läuft aus der veralteten Dusche. Das Bad ist nicht beheizbar und somit bei Temperaturen um die null Grad (Nachts) entsprechend sehr kalt. Ebenfalls das Schlafzimmet konnte nur mit Dauerbefeuerung aus der Klimaanlage aus dem Wohnraum etwas aufgewärmt werden. Ablagen im Badezimmer gab es nicht und die Wohnung wurde nicht einmal während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (5Tage) gereinigt. Fernbedienung für den Fernseher im Wohnzimmer gab es nicht und die abgewohnte Einrichtung war grenzwertig
