Very friendly staff. Hotel did not have riom I wanted first night but when one was available 2nd nifht theu swapped for me which was very good of them
Not a complaint and was fine, but guests in the chalet outside hotel will have people making a little noise outside in garden bar...mostly chatter though. Not a problem if you are there for a drink and the garden is cleared around 10. Just put that for information
Staff were very friendly and efficient when dealing with the emergency situation that followed a power surge to the hotel.
The young barman was particularly helpful.
Loved the history of the place, its was a stunning building inside and out, lovely bar and cosy but spacious room with all the amenities needed. It was also immaculatey clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back
