Pros:

Staff are brilliant very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble . Food was excellent as always never had a bad meal we also eat here when we stay elsewhere in Keswick will be staying again

Disappointing
Pros:

Convenient location, spacious room

Cons:

Room deco and furnishings are rather tired - peeling, marked wall paper, generally felt a little grubby. In the bathroom, there was black mould on the grout in the shower and pink mould on the shower rose (Room 13) - these need removal with bleach solution.
Breakfast was disappointing: no decaff tea or coffee available; only cooked breakfast available - no cereals or yogurt, no marmalade. Service was slow at breakfast - it felt as if nothing was going on in the kitchen initially.
