Heerlijk verblijf gehad
Pros:

Heel aardig personeel, elke dag opgemaakte bedden en een schone kaner/handdoeken. Perfecte locatie vlakbij het strand

Cons:

Hele platte kussens op bed en geen koelkast in de kamer.
Er was mij niet duidelijk dat er ontbijt bij in zat ( via booking.com niet en in het hotel hadden ze dat ook niet gezegd en daar kwam ik pas laatste dag achter)

Bed & Breakfast hotel. Clean & Comfortable but Small and Dated.
Pros:

Family run hotel. Staff great - friendly and helpful.
Room clean, quiet, comfortable
Good breakfast.
La Cappa restaurant nearly is great.
Stayedd in room 310 which had beach view , small balcony with table.

Cons:

The golden years of Rimini are gone - so only beach and San Marino to recommend.
The room was small and dated. Good only for sleeping.
My observation - Rimini hotels mostly look like that.
No fridge - other rooms do have them - so check when u book.
Hotel is OK for a stop over in Rimini

Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino al mare, hotel pulitissimo personale molto gentile e disponibile colazione abbondante e molto varia, siamo stati benissimo.

Good value hotel in great location, but some of the basics are lacking. 6/10
Pros:

Really friendly staff, great coffee, nice breakfast. The location is really good.

Cons:

The bed was pretty uncomfortable, namely because the bed was made up of two very small single mattresses joined together (child size mattresses, not full size, so my legs stuck out the end of the bed up to my shins). There was a small gap between the two mattresses and they were on slightly different levels, so it made for uncomfortable sleeping.
The room decor was also very dated, looking a little run down beyond usual "Italian charm".

The heating on the room could only be set to 24°C with a strong fan speed, or nothing at all.

The WiFi also didn't work properly upstairs.

Stanza non grande ma con tutto quello che serve, letto comodo, colazione ricca per ogni gusto e abitudine - e l’accoglienza di una intera famiglia sempre pronta con un sorriso, un saluto, una battuta-tutti cordiali e professionali - e poi hanno un ristorante favoloso praticamente accanto- un piacere tornarci una volta l’anno x Ecomondo
