Beautiful, peaceful resort that goes over and above anyone’s needs. Honeymoon delight.
Pros:

Amazing place to stay, from the get go we were greeted and made to feel like royalty. Room
Had a fabulous outdoor pool but we also made use of the main infinity pool. The staff were incredible, attentive and kind. The resort offered so many inclusive shows and sunset drinks every night which was a lovely additional perk. We enjoyed the internal spa, and jacuzzi and sauna. You name it, this place has it and more.

Cons:

Everything was perfection!

Enjoyed my peace and relaxation
Pros:

I love the fact that it was out of the way and then when you arrived, amazed by the properties the layout of the facilities is unbelievable

Cons:

I love the rooms and how the golf buggy took you around to the different facilities. The staff were more than friendly and went out of their way to help.

Authentique et inoubliable
Pros:

La gentillesse et serviabilité de l’équipe, la propreté des lieux, la beauté et le calme de l’emplacement. Les plats du restaurant sont délicieux.

Cons:

Malheureusement l’hotel est un peu loin du centre d’Ubud. Néanmoins cela permet d’avoir un calme absolu.

Serene, peaceful and luxurious - an absolute treat.
Pros:

The resort was stunning, with picturesque views of the surrounding rainforest and rice fields. The staff were friendly and attentive to our every need and were generous towards us for our honeymoon.

Would highly recommend for anyone who wants a luxurious experience in Ubud.

Hotel novo, bonito e com boa relação qualidade-preço, embora um pouco distante do centro
Pros:

O quarto era muito bonito, principalmente a casa de banho com banheira. Tudo confortável. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom. O local era bastante sossegado. O spa era excelente, com sauna, sala de vapor, jacuzzi e piscina de água fria (havia uma piscina de água gelada mas, a agua não estava limpa por isso não a experimentei, pois teríamos de pedir ao staff para renovar a água). `A chegada oferecem-nos uma massagem aos pés ou aos ombros. Tudo tinha um aspeto novo e bem-cuidado.

Cons:

O menú das refeições principais: tinha pouca variedade e os pratos ocidentais não eram muito bem confeccionados, salvo algumas exceções (a salada césar, por exemplo, vinha com maionese em vez de molho césar), e por isso é preferível optar por pratos asiáticos. O desumidificador do quarto era um pouco barulhento. A localização é um pouco isolada, pois um troço da estrada para o centro de Ubud não está em boas condições.
