Pros:

Apartamento fantástico, con cocina completa, un cuarto con cama enorme y cómoda. El salón/cocina también muy grande y una terraza donde desayunar con el sol de la mañana dando al río y a la piscina. Instalaciones muy nuevas, cuidadas y completas, con una ubicación perfecta para nuestro interés, a unos 10 minutos a pie de la playa da Rocha. Además limpieza diaria y cochera bastante espaciosa. Nos ha encantado, es un sitio a guardar para repetir en próximas vacaciones.

Cons:

Por poner algunas cosas a mejorar, la cama supletoria era un sofá cama bastante malo. Aunque la niña durmió bien, cada vez q se movía chirriaba la cama. Otras cosas q hay q revisar, las almohadas no me gustaron nada, muy blandas y pequeñas, y hay q tener cuidado al sacar el coche de la cochera, puesto q rozan los bajos si vas un poquito más rápido de la cuenta. En cualquier caso nada de estos defectos son de gran importancia.

La amplitud de las habitaciones, las vistas, todo muy acomodado y precioso

Cons:

La distancia al centro era mayor de la que indicaban, tampoco indicaban que antes de llegar nos iban a pedir una fianza de 250 euros adicional al precio del alojamiento. El personal muy amable pero ninguno hablaba español, lo que es extraño.

Excelente espaço a 15 minutos a pé da praia da Rocha.
Pros:

Do espaço e condicoes do apartamento e a vista panorâmica sobre a ria e o ferragudo.A piscina descoberta é excelente . A piscina coberta e o ginásio engrandece a oferta .Ter parque de estacionamento coberto grátis é uma mais valia do empreendimento. Vou concerteza voltar .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement était très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel a été particulièrement gentil, accueillant et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Enfin, l'emplacement est excellent et permet de profiter facilement des environs.

Cons:

L'établissement perd malheureusement quelques points au niveau de l'isolation phonique. Nous avions des voisins à l'étage qui marchaient régulièrement en talons et, en fin de séjour, une famille avec des enfants très bruyants dans l'appartement voisin, ce qui a perturbé le calme et le repos que nous recherchions. La porte de l'appartement se ferme également difficilement et doit être claquée, ce qui fait vibrer l'appartement lorsque les voisins font de même. Enfin, le support pour le savon dans la salle de bain n'est pas très pratique à utiliser.
