Beautiful Apartments, spacious and modern, nice entry hall.
I booked it mainly for the spa on a rainy weekend but it was closed and I didn't receive this information beforehand, also it wasn't visible on the website. Only when scrolling all the way down there was a tiny notice - even the employee took 5 minutes to even find it. And yet there was no understanding, I wasn't allowed to cancel or get a small discout or even a proper apology. That was very disappointing. It was just said: It's common that spa areas are closed in Portugal, I should have called before to make sure it's open 🙈.
Friendly staff and cleaners, large apartment with a good view of the pool and river.
Apartment could have been more decorated, felt somewhat empty. Only 2 decaf coffee capsules in the room when checking in. €250 deposit a bit steep for a few days visit but it is what it is, no problem getting it back.

As camas são um pouco desconfortáveis, derivado de serem camas de solteiro juntas, em que separação é muito rija.
O colchão, talvez por ser novo ou pouco usado, era rijo também.
Respondeu as minhas expectativas.
Não gostei do facto da piscina interna ter limite de tempo, 1hora por dia 😞
