Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent locaation with good neighbourhood vibes, and a good Coviran store for food supplies. Local restaurants, bakery close by. Excellent view, beautiful grounds and pool area, for your enjoyment on a balcony, no less! Professional and cordial reception team. Rooms were large and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good value.

Anúncio enganoso para o consumidor. As fotos não correspondem ao oferecido. A verdadeira informação fica escondida nas comodidades e não é exposta na informação central do anúncio. Não recomendo este hotel, nem o seu serviço. Os seus telefonemas podem não ser atendidos. Uma verdadeira ratoeira...

Cons:

Cuidado: anúncio enganoso, atendimento péssimo e muita falta de transparência.
Reservei este alojamento exclusivamente pela piscina interior, que aparece em destaque nas fotografias do anúncio. Só depois da reserva descobri que a piscina estava encerrada por avaria, informação escondida numa subsecção das comodidades.
Quando consegui finalmente ser atendida pelo alojamento, foi-me informado que a avaria foi grave ao ponto de terem sido chamados os bombeiros, o que levanta sérias dúvidas quanto à manutenção das instalações. Apesar disso, as imagens continuam a mostrar a piscina interior como se estivesse disponível.
O atendimento foi péssimo: quase nunca atendem o telefone e o cliente fica preso numa ratoeira entre o empreendimento e a Booking, com ambos a recusarem responsabilidade e sem qualquer solução apresentada (nem reembolso nem alteração de datas).
Considero esta prática enganosa e desleal para com o consumidor.
Não recomendo este alojamento a quem escolha o local pela piscina interior ou atendimento em caso de problemas, nem a quem espere um serviço honesto e profissional.

Warning: misleading listing, very poor service and lack of transparency.
I booked this property mainly because of the indoor pool shown in the main photos. Only after booking did I find out the pool was closed due to a technical failure, with this information hidden in a small section of the amenities.
When I contacted the property, I was told that the problem was serious enough to require the fire brigade, which raises serious concerns about maintenance. Despite this, the listing still shows photos of the pool as if it were available.
Customer service was very poor: they almost never answer the phone and the guest is trapped in a blame game between the property and Booking, with no solution offered (no refund and no date change).
I consider this practice misleading and unfair to consumers.

It was a beautiful place to be. I just didn't like the way the owner treated my situation.

Beautiful Apartments, spacious and modern, nice entry hall.

Cons:

I booked it mainly for the spa on a rainy weekend but it was closed and I didn't receive this information beforehand, also it wasn't visible on the website. Only when scrolling all the way down there was a tiny notice - even the employee took 5 minutes to even find it. And yet there was no understanding, I wasn't allowed to cancel or get a small discout or even a proper apology. That was very disappointing. It was just said: It's common that spa areas are closed in Portugal, I should have called before to make sure it's open 🙈.
