Prachtige plek in drukke Paramaribo
Pros:

Het was netjes en comfortabel en rustig. Het personeel in het restaurant en bij het zwembad zo lief. Ze weten je naam en alles met een warme glimlach.
In totaal 7 nachten verbleven met tussenpozen

Cons:

Ik had een slechte ervaring met een van de medewerkers van de receptie/front office bij het uitchecken in de heel vroege ochtend 6 febr. Na drie dagen verblijf met gezin in twee kamers bleek dat ik per ongeluk voor een van de kamers op de derde dag geen ontbijt had geboekt. En dat ik dan maar 2x 25 dollar kon betalen als de tweede kamer wel ontbijt wil. Terwijl het verschil in kamerprijs met ontbijt slechts 8 euro is.
De dame aan de desk wilde niet meedenken door bv een betaling van het verschil in kamerprijs en ze zei plompverloren dat ik ook naar tangelo kan voor ontbijt en voor de items betaal wat ik afneem (!)
Erg klantonvriendelijk, temeer omdat wij na onze reis binnenland weer vier dagen op ECO zouden verblijven.
Erg opvallend het verschil in vriendelijkheid tussen het personeel van het restaurant/bar en de front office.

Muy buena opción en Paramaibo
Pros:

Bien ubicado. Agradable. Su pequeño restaurante. La pequeña piscina también es bonita. Habitación cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno tiene un valor excesivo que por supuesto no utilice. En recepción solo algunas personas sonrien al interractuar.

Great place and great location.
Pros:

The pool and the bar. The decor and the beds. Great atmosphere of the property. Loved it.

Cons:

There was a very rude woman who checked in our group. I dont know her name but she was nasty. The other staff were excellent.

Fijne sfeer. Lekker eten.
Pros:

De entourage voorin, achterin langs de rivier. Fijn personeel aan de bar.

Cons:

WC en badkamer had geen frisse geur. Blerk een stukje ontlasting aan de onderkant bril te kleven. Na het zelf schhon te maken, was de nare lucht verdwenen. Stukje nepwimper van de vorige gast lag nog bij de spiegel.
WC bril is aangetast met chemicalien waardoor er vlekken op zijn en ik daardoor steeds wc papier op plaatste.
Schroeven van de gordijnrails zitten los.
Ik was er voor mijn rust en wou het tijdens mijn verblijf niet laten fixeren. Kmr 373.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Chambre agréable et silencieuse.
Petit déjeuner correct.
Pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine.

Cons:

Il faudrait équiper les chambres d'une bouilloire afin de pouvoir profiter de boissons chaudes à notre guise.

Luxury hotel with a budget price.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Local dishes were varied every day. A view from the poolside bar to the river was great. I personally like this hotel much better than Trarica resort.

Cons:

A bit far from the city center. No ATM in the hotel. No towel service at the swimming pool.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Der Pool war schön. VORSICHT mit Preisen von Orange Tours, der Veranstalter, welcher vom Hotel empfohlen wird. Wir wurden für eine private 3 stündige Stadtrunfahrt mit USD 325 abgezockt. Der Guide Elton war jedoch sehr gut ubd informqtiv, sber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Cons:

Erst nach der vierten Aufforderung hat das Zimmermädchen unsere Betten gemacht. Als wir zum Frühstück gingen hatten wie die Karte bitte Zimmer machen, an die Türe gehängt. Als wir zurückkamen war es auf Do Not Disturb umgedreht. Wir teilten das der Rezeption mit, dass das Zimmermädchen die Betten nicht gemacht hatte und nur die Karte an der Türe umgedreht hat. Nach weiterer 3 facher neuerlicher Aufforderung wurden unsere Betten dann gegen 20.00 Uhr abends gemacht.
Das Essen im Hotel war teilweise eine Zumutung und hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was in der Speisekarte angeboten wurde.

Pros:

Hôtel sympa avec une petite piscine.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Ce qui est vraiment chouette, c'est de pouvoir aller dans les autres piscines de la chaîne Torarica.
