Beds where very horrible room was very sticky never book this kind of hotels

Hotel advertised as 4star, I would give it even 2star, no porter service, smell of cheap air freshener, bedsheets not changed from precious customer, breakfast not fit for even dogs.

They told us breakfast didn't start yet and expected us to come ask again for the breakfast. Receptionist was exceptionally rude and claimed he is the manager and everything at the property, didnt accept aadhar card as means of identity and neither uae emirates id. tried his best to trouble us to get us to pay 750 Rs more saying the confirmed room is not available even though there was 3 hours left to check in. Very Very Poor and unacceptable.
